There was not one thing about this hotel that we did not like.
We loved everything about this hotel. It was very close to Times Square, the location was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again.
Needs some variation in breakfast menu for long-stay guests.
Very convinient location and warm-hearted employees.
Set up of continental breakfast not enough space to maneuver lineup.no place to sit[winter month] selection ok
Staff were amazing
Obviously the location, but made all the better by the smiley and uber helpful and knowledgable staff.
I didn't like the high price for parking.
Good location. Cute room.
Limited seating to eat breakfast
Big beds, comfortable. Good location, short walks to all major attractions.
Convenient location and staff were so helpful and down to earth and not dismissive when chatting to them. Even went as far as phoning places when directions needed.
The place where we eat breakfast there was not places enough to seat on
Staff. Helpcfull and nice
The pillows, noisy a/c, street side room (equates to added npise) being near elevator. Hard to get taxi.
Clean rooms, friendly staff and Continental buffet in the morning.
Great treatment. Nice views. Midtown. Very very clean. We loved the room (the bed was really comfortable). THE BEST: the receptionists are really nice and helpful. We will certainly come back.
Room walls were heavily scuffed. Toilet roll holder not fixed to wall and poorly thought out breakfast offer (felt like a hostel). Lacked seating for breakfast. Breakfast collection area too cramped. I'd suggest moving to larger lower floor where people can enjoy.
Okay rooms, a bit scuffed for a new hotel. Nice central location easy to navigation Manhattan from.
Such a great hotel. Everything is brand new. All the staff there are so friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 11 nights for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Bed was very comfortable and room was nice and warm for the freezing weather. On the last night, we came back to our room with a bottle of wine and some fruit waiting for us. The location is really close to Times Square and less than a 10 minute walk to the subway. So many food and drink options within walking distance. Free breakfast every morning is also a bonus. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to NYC
Sound of the heating system was very loud
Staffs can do attitude,so helpful Spotlessly clean White stuff toiletries Complimentary breakfast Bed was very comfy
Everything! All was perfect
Sometimes noisy, both in and from outside the promises. Housekeeping not always well organized. Bed not very comfortable with a strange slope under the cushions that I did nog get wright. Difficult to set the right water temperature in the shower and washbasin. Therefore less value for money than expected: the Element Hotel nearby offers more comfort like rain showers for a similar price. Resembles somewhat the German Motel One chain in its design and grab a breakfast concept. But Motel One is low cost and for short stays while Cassa seems to pretend more, certainly given its pricing.
Very friendly and helpful staff in an excellent location midtown. Nice design. Relaxed atmosphere.
Didn't like the breakfast.......
Location staff seemed friendly
Breakfast. The way they serves it.
I liked almost everything. The stuff was great. Helpful.
Really like the service from when you walked into the hotel, until we left. Looking forward to a summer trip with the kids and hitting all the quintessential NYC restaurants across the street.
Breakfast on paper plates with paper cups and having to eat in reception is a bit of a let down, need to improve this and sort out more tables if the hotel is going to offer this as an amenity.
Rooms big, clean , modern. Wifi excellent. Within walking distance of Times Square, easy to get to subway. Used the Air Train to Jamaica and LIRR to Penn Station, easy walk from there to hotel. Staff were brilliant, always happy to help.
We had a wonderful stay, the staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The hot chocolate was fabulous. It was close to everything and we will stay there again
We are finishing up a week here on our honeymoon. Here are some thoughts: We booked with booking.com ...apparently the hotel is going thru a soft opening but this information was not available anywhere. There was no indication of such on the website or thru the booking site. We were disappointed to find that the roof top lounge and bar were not operable. Really, a hotel without a bar? It was explained that there was a delay with the liquor license. That's understandable but I felt the hotel misrepresented its self. The staff however, was AMAZING! The friendly, attentive customer service kept me from being too upset about the lack of ammenities. Frank and Alton are excellent doormen and extremely friendly and quick to respond. Melissa at front desk provided excellent customer service! So much so that she offered to run across the street and get us pizza after my inquiring about deliveries. It was late and cold but She stated her shift was ending. This was way above her job description (which I told her) but she insisted. Thank you Melissa for consistently making our stay more enjoyable! Really, everyone was super helpful, friendly and attentive. Very quick response to all questions or requests. As for the rooms: bathrobes are to die for! I literally slept in one one night because I was so comfortable. We got lucky with a corner room and two big windows. Room was huge for NYC standards and the bathroom was adequate. An in room iPad makes for an upgraded ammenity...to order service or play music. Beds are cozy! Bottom line: would absolutely stay again and look forward to a full service hotel. Thank you Cassa staff .... you were all fantastic! Oh, and the manager sent up a bottle of wine with fruit just moments after we arrived with a handwritten Congratulations note. WOW! Thank you!!! So sweet! They really care about customer service! I never had such a poor breakfast all over the world. The breakfast place is only two small tables, guests are having their breakfast sitting on the corridor or at the reception area sitting or standing. Very very bad.
Excellent location, very nice rooms, friendly staff.
The suit only had a small window.
The location the look of the hotel the psople
