Staff would do anything to make us happy!
The Cassa-staff is great and very helpful. I liked the free water bottles you get at the reception. The rooms (I changed from a kingsize to a queensize (without a problem, I might add)) are clean and nicely decorated. The queensize was a bit more used (scratches on the wall), but nevertheless also super cozy. Thank you again to Cassa!
Very modern + sleek
A new hotel with clean and modern rooms. It is a practical hotel, for people who want a perfect rest after a busy day in NY. Walking distance of many points of the city, close to subway and B&H.
You have to find a place to enjoy your breakfast, there is no space for everybody
Good place to stay. Location is perfect and the Staff is so nice. The rooms are new and really big for NYC
Not enough space for the breakfast.
The staff was sooo welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Close proximity to the Port Authority subway station made travel around the city easy. Room was spacious enough for the amount of time you spend there.
Everyone seem to utilize the continental breakfast, which was good, however there is not a lot of space for people to sit and enjoy it.
Very happy, eager and helpful staff. Room was clean with all tge amenities that we needed. Location is only a few minutes walk to Times Square. Plus evening hot chocolate was very welcome.
The room was a bit small and quite sparsely decorated and furnished. Bed was less comfortable than some (especially for my 6'4" husband).
A not too small-not too large hotel with a modern relaxing feel. Great location, great room design and lobby areas. Superb staff. Have stayed in hundreds of hotels...very impressed.
Nice breakfast area way too small, needs to be expanded unto nearby deck area.
Location, spotlessly clean and great staff. Even got complimentary breakfast.
The people in the reception and the doorman were very friendly and helpful. We also liked the hot chocolate one afternoon in the reception after a very cold day
We have booked a large room as we were 4 people but when we arrive in the evening there was only a small room for us. It was changed the day after, but still.
room size staff bed location
great bed good shower silent room
breakfast choice breakfast location - not enough room to sit, so often you need to bring it back to the room
Staff were very helpful
Phones still not connected - still finishing building hotel.
The staff and location was fantastic! I would go back any time
The bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Also, we were given breakfast event high we did not request for it.
The cleaning services was inconsistent. Some days we get new amenities, some days not. The bed was too soft.
Modern design. Brandnew bed, sheets, towels, ... Good maintenance, very hygienic. Very good location nearby Times Square, Penn Station, Broadway, ... And last but not least, very kind and helpfull staff. An amazing hotel in an amazing city!
Only one disadvantage: the breakfast is not bad but limited. So you have to arrive early to be able to eat (officially breakfast is not included in the price, so it's a sort of extra). There is not enough room for most of the guests. But please try out the little Espressobar opposit the hotel called Buongiorno, they serve such a great breakfast.
The staff was amazing, very courteous and attentive and the location was just a few blocks off of Times Square.
The condition of the hotel and room were far below 4 star quality. Flooring in need of repair, furniture in the room visibly worn out and damaged, tile coming off the walls in the shower, etc. Also the free breakfast is something I would have expected more from if I had stayed at a Motel 6. Paper plates and cups with plastic silverware made me feel very cheap. I expected a 4 star experience and only walked away with a 2 star instead. Would not stay here again.
Had to work from the hotel due to snow, and was capable to work with high spend internet for free
We love this place Modern and easygoing
Front desk help, double queen room
King room - very small
Perfect location and the most comfortable soft big bed . Kindly offered a complimentary breakfast each morning Really customer focused team working to make this new hotel a success
Had a problem with a noisy heating system in our room which the room manager Fred sorted for us. Some guests were greedy with the complimentary breakfast taking half a dozen bananas and piles of pastries which meant that none were left for later breakfast arrivals
Location was awesome for going to Javits Centre, Times Square and coming into town. The staff was superb, friendly and excelled in all aspects of customer service!!!!! Hot tub on the roof though it snowed and we could not enjoy it...is a reason to come back here.
The continental breakfast was sparse and could be expanded a bit. The area to sit for breakfast was almost nonexistent (three tables with a few chairs) for the amount of guests.
Clean, nice location and great staff
no business center
Great hotel and location. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfy. The bed was amazing and I slept so well.
I really liked this hotel and would come back. There was just two things that could possible be adjusted? The shower was very nice but open and we got water all over the bathroom floor. In addition the housekeeping staff was loud in the morning. These are not deal breakers but hopefully somethings that could be improved on.
The double beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the TV and the staff was really nice!
Big water problem during our stay there! The water was DIRTY, so I didn't really use it. In addition to that, the shower only had cold water--not good when it's January in NYC! The knob in the shower was broken and couldn't figure out why they didn't have hot water in a hotel room! *sigh* I left to another hotel two blocks away.
