Great place! Great staff! Great location! Great price! Will be back!
Modern room furnishings and spacious layout. Big flat screen tv
Very clean room. The gym. The lounge area with terrace.
Time for breakfast could have been longer. Less pastries and more healthy food.
Reception staff are extremlŷ frendly and welcoming, bed was super comfy. Great location.
Breakfast, would be nice to have a proper restaurant for it and small selection of meats and cheeses.
Super location. Very convenient to Times Square, to all the Hell's Kitchen restaurants, Bryant Park, etc. Can walk within 10-15 minutes to most of these places. Rooms were comfortable. The doorman and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and eager to make our visit to NYC enjoyable and productive.
Ultra-modern decor means no shower curtains in the bathroom -- led to seriously wet floors. "Free breakfast"...we showed up well within the time set aside, but they had run out of all baked goods. There were three hotel employees behind the counter and they just shrugged when asked about no baked goods. This hotel is not cheap. There are only 100 delis and grocery stores within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. Instead of shrugging your shoulders, why not quickly run out and get more baked goods for your customers? On an otherwise pleasant stay, this really put a bad taste in our mouths.
The price is really good for what you get: good location, absolutely clean, well equipped, quiet.I can absolutely recommand the hotel.
Coming from Europe, I did not enjoy the very sweet and unhealthy breakfast (the same in most American hotels), that you had to take in a rather uncomfortable lobby. Also, I did not like that it was not possible to drop my suitcase one day before arrival so that I had to carry it from NY to Washington and back. The staff recommanded me a public luggage storage, but they open only at 8 am. They were willing to keep my luggage at the day of departure for several hours though.
We enjoyed everything! It was within walking distance from everything! The staff was incredibly friendy! The room was minimalistic and very clean!
Large (jr. suite) room by midtown NYC standards. Efficient front desk.
Not the greatest neighborhood. Very modern/spartan appearance -- depends on your taste.
near Times Square. the space is big enough，room is clean and the facilities in it are perfect！All the staffs both at front desk and others are very polite. A wonderful hotel in NYC. Recommend this hotel to people who want to live near Times Square.
the logo of hotel is not very obvious，and there are many other hotels around.
We love the location, comfort and cleanliness of the room, staff are very accommodating and fast and friendly and makes every effort to make you feel important.
At least a few washer and a dryer and a microwave would've been better. We we're wet and cold from a walking tour of the city. But they offered umbrellas, Hot choco, and warmed up our food!
Honestly, nothing, but I wasn't there long enough to really tell.
Admittedly, I booked a last minute $99 deal about 6 hours before arrival, so my expectations were not high, but the service and facilities were so poor that even my low expecations were not met. I arrived and they did not have my reservation. They told me that "because I booked so recently they had to enter everything manually." I waited for about 25 minutes to get a room, which was the size of a generous closet with two double beds, stains on the floor, no decorations and beds not even remotely as comfortable as my own. When I asked if there was a room with a queen or king bed, they told me there was not, even though booking.com listed several queen suites available. Despite the the fact I had already paid, and it was non-refundable, I checked about 30 minutes after getting there. The staff didn't even offer to address the situation. Again, $99, so not expecting much, but would expect a little more from some places listed as a 4-star property.
Great Location, clean, nice staff
Poor breakefast space.
The rooftop terrace provides gorgeous views of the city
size of the room, comfort
air con/heating very noisy, no real breakfast area, limited breakfast hours, refrigerator
Friendly staff, modern hotel, good housecleaning service. I liked the i-Pod in the hotel. You could ask for extra services and also use it for internet. Not that we've been muich in the room. I mean, you are in New York, go see things. Hotel is located not far from Time Square. Subway station closeby. And a very good Beer Shop ;-) (hells kitchen)
A bit pricy, but everything around Time Square that qualifies as 4 star is pricy. Cassa is actually one of the cheapier (however nog on the days we've booked). Breakfast was served untill 9.00 a.m. This is much to early. A hotel needs to have breakfast times until at least 10.00-10.30. 9.00 a.m. is ridiculus. We haven't used the breakbast during the stay.
Fantastic, helpful staff Rooftop hot tub w/ great views Excellent location for some sightseeing Lots of restaurants nearby Complimentary hot chocolate :) Modern, clean rooms
The shower didn't have a shower curtain and water kind of got everywhere in the bathroom.
It's a new hotel opened around Oct'14. Convenient pricing for suggested location. Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh rooms.
Due to recent opening breakfast is quite poor so far: pastry, fruits and coffee. The hotel does not have alcohol license at the moment. Soundproofing is a bit weak: in the night you may hear your neighbors.
Ran out of breakfast
Superb Hospitality Very comfortable bedding
I look forward to the restaurant and bar that should be opening in the near future. That would definitely make this hotel complete.
