Front desk staff very friendly; location good; nice size tv with cable; kitchenette

Decor outdated; shower very small--you couldn't bend down, you had to bring legs up to wash; housekeeper very rude--seemed to be inconvenienced each time, did not vacuum room.

Only one of the places we could find with 2 separate bedrooms, and self-contained kitchen. In a fairly good location.

A little bit tired and run down, but comfortable and clean.

The hotel was in a good location and was able to offer car parking, although it was not cheap at $20 a day.

There was a safe in the room but it seemeed unnecessary to charge $4 a day for its use. It was also disappointing to not have free wifi. There was a coffee machine in the room but they did not supply extra coffee. Just about all other hotels in the USA that we stayed at included free wifi, safe, coffee and parking. The rooms were in need of refurbishment, for example the shower sprayed water in all directions as the shower head was broken.

The atmosphere was great. Nice rooms.

This hotel had everything near which was very useful, shopping center bout two block away, resturant are close as well. The staff was nice and very helpful. And having a kitchen was a bonus as well because you don't have to go out all the time. And of course beach was walking distance too.

Great location - bus stop literally round the corner, beach a short walk away and restaurants and shops everywhere. Staff were helpful and friendly; pool fine; decent-sized lobby for meeting up in; rooms were spacious and clean. There were 14 of us with 7 teenagers travelling as a group and it suited us perfectly. Very good value for money and we would definitely go back.

Tried the restaurant once for breakfast and was disappointed.

I asked the girl at the front desk where we were able to smoke, and she offered me a smoking room. Very nice of her. The housekeeping were amazing, very friendly.

Some of the staff seemed short when I would ask questions, almost to the point of rude. I CANNOT beleive that you charge for local phone calls going out of the room to order pizza, doesn't the hotel pay for a phone package? What a rip off! This was on top of the charge that I had to pay for an in room safe, just so I felt comfortable leaving my belongings in the hotel.

-It was close to Waikiki, shops, and food places. -Good Price -Staff was nice and helpful -Rooms were clean but old -They had security patrolling at night and elevators required a key to use. -Pool was real clean and brand new looking

-Carpet was sticky and felt kinda wet -Bathroom floor was sticky -They didn't have any drop off spots for luggage or a parking area for you to check in. -Parking was expensive and two-three blocks away from the hotel. -You had to pay for Wi-Fi

We stayed 10 days and the daily maid service was nice until the weekend when the maid didn't even take our trash with her. The location is good in Waikiki meaning you can go out to walk around.

It was very noisy. A lot of sirens and noise from the street. We were on the 9th floor. The bar next to the motel gave us very noisy drunks at 2 to 3 am every night! Woke us up as they would yell very loudly. Even police came one night. Our a/c in bedroom was noisy also and vibrated. The room keys never worked for any guest. We had our keys changed once but by end of week only one key worked. No bath tub only shower and it had a very slow drain. Sofa bed had a very hard mattress and was very uncomfortable. Person ended up on floor one night and then just slept on the couch. Had to pay extra to park and when we first got there we had to park way down the street at another place across from a busy bar so had to take someone with me for safety. Have to pay for internet and it is slow and un user friendly. Had only one tv and just a few stations. Remote barely worked. Swimming pool right by street, a restaurant (in the lobby) and front desk. Not very private. Too much activity for lounging by the pool.

the location was central to everything we did. The rooms were clean, staff were helpful with everything we needed. Nice and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Even though Waikiki goes on all night and there is all kinds of night life, the hotel was quiet. Didn't hear any noise at night to disturb anyones sleep.

The couch bed was not the most comfortable. Our view was limited and not great. Keys kept demagnetizing. Would of been nice to have more than 1 bag of coffee and then have to pay for more. Internet was hard to connect to and only one pc of equipment could connect at a time.

Location is great. There is private parking that costs money, but it is not surprising for Honolulu.

Internet access is not free :( but at least works.

I love the price I paid for the hotel. It will in the heart of Waikiki. Location is amazing and room was great. :)

Nice and friendly staff and large clean room. Not bad for The cheapest option around. Just a few blocks from The beach, shopping, restaurants, and handicrafts market.

The convenience of not having to eat out. They have all your kitchen needs, from dishes to the soap, very great. The pool was in the middle of the hotel too.

Its always booked :(

We liked the location

The first Suite we were in was terribly smelly, we found out we were on smoking floor so changed to floor above, which was a bit better,but our bedroom had a connecting door to next suite, so when they cooked those odours came into our bedroom which was very unpleasant.

The location: access to shops and beach was convenient.

Everything was charged extra like internet, only one complimentary coffee on arrival, kitchen(ette) was NOT well equipped i.e. no toaster nor cereal or soup bowls. We had to ask at reception, and had been given both. Comment from reception on toaster was: if one of our former guests has left a toaster behind, we can borrow that one.
