Location very near shopping and dining on Polk street, as well as good access to downtown (within walking distance for energetic walkers). Parking at the hotel is tight, but available and secure. |

The guy at reception (I think his name was David) was extremely helpful and informative. The location was good especially when using a car. Breakfast and bathroom. |

location, free parking. We were moved after 1 night into a different room. By default no bath plugs, you have to ask to have them installed. Phone in second room did not work. Room doors open to the outside rather than to a hotel building, does not give a safe feeling. |

The location was perfect - quiet and safe yet close to transport links to all the sights. Free wi-fi a big plus too. Comfortable room. A good hotel for the price. Wash basin not in bathroom reducing the privacy and comfort. The hotel says there is continental breakfast but only offers self service coffee near the check in desk - this is not continental breakfast. |

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung für die eher teure Stadt San Francisco. Typisches amerikanisches Motel-Zimmer. Einfach, aber zweckmässig und vorallem zahlbar auch für Familien oder Jüngere mit kleinerem Budget. Nahe beim Zentrum und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Etwas schwer zu finden, da von Strasse aus nur kleines Hinweisschild. |
