love the hotel it self, it might not look fabulous from the lobby but when you go inside rooms are clean spacious and all the facilities are so easy to access and everyone here are so friendly. love the location too because it's very quiet and not the far from everything

I had one minor issue with booking. I booked two rooms or originally then when i arrived there they say they only see one reservation. I was very stressed out. But then they sort things out by calling the booking.com. So we were happy again

They have an exceptional model of providing a home away from home. The rooms are immaculate and newly decorated. They serve free coffee for breakfast and have a complimentary wine hour.

There needs to be more restaurants nearby for easier access if you don't have a car. Also it would be useful to have a list of places to call for take out food.

A beautiful room with views .It was very quiet and relaxing.Loved the yoga class offered as well as the wine every evening.

ワイキキの中心街に近い点。ホテルオークラの隣のレストランです。夕方にはフリーのワインが、朝にはフリー- のコーヒー、紅茶、ココアがついてきます。部屋にはスターバックスのカプセルを入れられるコーヒーメーカー- があります。

ワイキキ全体がごみごみしているせいもあるのですが、ホテル街の一角にあり、マンションの一室にいるような- 気分になります。ダイヤモンドヘッドは確かによく見えましたがそれよりも隣の駐車場の方が目立っていました- 。ちょっときれいなビジネスホテルという印象で、一泊1万円なら許せるという感じです。

The staff.

お部屋が清潔で、清掃が行き届いていた。スタッフは親切。ロケーションは、まずまず。ロビーのコーヒー、ワ- インが自由に飲めるのは良かった。コインランドリーは、安く性能抜群だった。

ロビーは天井が低く、やや暗い。廊下は吹きさらしで、建物自体は古い感じ。正月だったので、料金は非常に高- かった。

ワイキキの喧騒を離れとても静か。 ダイヤモンド　ヘッドの眺めが良い。(近い）

その反面、周囲は公園なので隣のホテルのレストランしかない。(15分位歩けばカラカウア通りの端に到達出- 来る）

I arrived at the hotel and somehow the booking.com reservation didn't go through. The staff members however were extremely friendly and apologetic, and after still being able to find my booking, they decided to upgrade me to the penthouse as an apology. I paid less than 1/10 of the price for a regular night at the penthouse, which was absolutely amazing--with a 360 degree view of the city, great kitchen, living room, and enough space for a lot more families. The staff remained kind and helpful throughout the stay, and the free wine after afternoon was just another plus. My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed it--thank you for a great time!

喧騒なビーチではなく、落ち着いた美しい自然が満喫できる。朝到着の便だったが、快くチェック・インさせて- くれた。部屋もアメニティもOK。

ホテルのレストランが休業していて、その案内は予約の時もチェック・インの時にも案内が無かった。また、近- 隣のレストランとかの案内も無く、遠方まで歩いて食べに行って不便だった。ロケーションは、良くもあり、不- 便でもある。

The friendly staff.

スタッフの、過剰でなく、自然なサービスが自分には過ごしやすく、客層も良かったです。日常の激務から逃れ- て、ゆっくり過ごしたい自分にはとてもありがたいサービスが多かったです。出張慣れ・旅慣れしている人にと- って一番良いホテルということを追求している感じがします。値段もそれなりなので、大人のカップルがハワイ- でゆっくり過ごすために宿泊するという雰囲気です。 場所もワイキキの繁華街から歩いて１０分程度のカピオラニ公園沿いにあり、海もすぐ近くで、静かな環境で落- ち着いて過ごせました。これが一番の良さかと思います。 朝食は隣のニューオータニで食べたり、近くのコンビニでシリアル、牛乳とバナナを買って部屋で食べることが- できるので、ホテルに朝食用のレストランが無くても私は気になりませんでした。つまり、Too muchな朝食を強いられることもないです。 部屋は清潔で、ベッドの眠り心地が良く、窓の外にはダイヤモンドヘッドと海が見えました。私は６階に宿泊し- ましたが、高層階だとかなり眺めが良いのではないかと思います。ベランダもあるので、ベランダの椅子に座っ- て外の景色を眺めているだけで時間があっという間にすぎていきます。 ホテル内には、連泊者用にコインランドリーとホテルのランドリーサービス両方がありました。私は小さい子連- れだったので、自転車のレンタルサービスは利用できませんでしたが、大人にはありがたいサービスだと思いま- す。インターネットも２４時間無料で、これもありがたかったです。レンタカーで行くと駐車用の料金をとられ- るそうですが、私はレンタカーでなかったので、この辺りはわかりません。 まったく英語ができない人はちょっときついかと思いますが、必要最小限の英語ができる人にはとても快適に過- ごせると思います。私も英語は決して堪能ではありませんが、ホテルのスタッフは嫌な顔一つせず、聞いてくれ- ました。なんというか、過剰にきびきびしすぎておらず、スタッフ同士で話している時は少し待つ事もあります- が、それが嫌な感じでもなく、自然な職場の光景に見え、スタッフの仕草は洗練されているなと思いました。と- いっても、自分は40代で、何度目かの海外旅行なので、この自然さをありがたいと思いますが、元々あまり旅- 行に行く事のない人には、反対に不便に感じるかもしれません。 私もまたハワイに行く事があったら、ここに宿泊したいと思います。ちなみに、日本語のサービスがなさそうな- ので、英語が話せなくて初めて海外旅行に行く人にとっては、ここのホテルに滞在することはあまりおすすめし- ませんし、客としては、あまりホテルの雰囲気にそぐわないお客さんに雰囲気をこわされたくないなという気が- します。

great interior design and very nice room. a small ant infestation in the bathroom was a bit disconcerting considering the price of the room but it was delt with although the hotel was off limits for 2 hours during the process

the lack of amenities. chamber persons started work too early. being woken up at 7:00 am by the voice of a child out side my door.

geschmackvolle, geräumige Zimmer mit großer Loggia freundliches Personal ruhige Lage am Stadtrand (dadurch aber leider auch kaum Infrastruktur)
