Location was good. Housekeeping was excellent. Small TV, bad picture. Towels too little. Toilet paper was disastrous, it disintegrates on contact !!!

*room - good size for 2 *liked being on high floor *staff nice, especially I belive it was robin *parking!!! *e wanted (and pd fr a partial view which we got however we could not even see out the window it was so "cloudy" dont know if this is from moisture or what but very disappointed. we thought "well we will open the window and it hopen only about 4". *we very bummed the room didnt have a microwave. *bathroom is very small.

Rooms are a little on the small side but rooms are still comfortable. Close to the shopping and beach. Air conditioning works amazing! Rooms were a little small but still comfortable. Only given complimentary coffee on the first morning.

The Location is great, very convenient to the beach and shopping and public transportation. Sea view is great! No wireless in the room. not very clean. and the check in time is long.

I love the customers service. The counter service was awesome. Did not like the smell of the rugs and don't like the rooms so small and cramped up.

Very close to the Waikiki beach, 5 minutes walk from main shopping and restaurant street, not far from airport: only 18 min for $6 by vip shuttle. Clean room, friendly staff. Not a lot of character. Internet was very slow.

Bit older, but still in good condition for that price. First I recieved cheapest room, instead of superior I prepay. Noisy window-aircondition, but nights were bit colder, than possible to let it off during sleeping

Price, location & friendly staff. Outdated feeling/odor in hallways and room, room quite small. bad resolution on TV screen, uncomfortable the bed.

Attractive rooms, inviting if standard architecture. Staff attempts to correct snafus quickly. Failing to get a convenient parking space always loomed in the evening. Promised requests are not handled carefully and scrupulously.

It is in the beginning of Waikiki beach but not very close to the beach Nice steak restaurant next door The rooms are old fashioned and it is not a very good value for money. Quite expensive for what you get.

The downstairs restaurant good food. The room dirty can take pictures cause the Windows was nasty and have a wet smell like meldow.

The location is great for the price, and the staff was friendly no balconies and the beds were outdated, did not get good sleep cause there were springs in the bed, that was a big disappointment, tv outdated but not that big a deal and ice machines to far down stairs each floor should have ice

The staff was very friendly. The location was nice and rather quite considering it was in Waikiki. The rate was affordable. We would consider staying again. It would be nice to have some kind of reward system for frequent hotel guest. Being a patron at the hotel and having to pay for parking. Although resonable, it would be nice to have that as a perk for patronizing the hotel.

The location was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a grand old lady who is aging gracefully. The rooms are small, but clean, the bathrooms are clean and the shower looks good. I requested a room with twin beds, which they did not provide on the first night. We were forced to use badly sprung, uncomfortable roll away cots. They blamed booking.com for not forwarding thr request. The WiFi in the lobby is superslow. Needs an upgrade
