The hotek is ok minus, although not really up to the Hyatt standard.

I was charfed $28 a night for six nights for parking - to which I did not use. The check out lady after a smalll discussion said then she would waive the cost. I told her I wouldnt accept this as I was not asking for any favors - simply stated that if she charged me for the parking I would dispute the charges with my bank. In the end, I paid for two nights, I advise all travellers who want to stay at the Hyatt and park to be aware of their set in regulations. Their is a parking lot just beside the Hotel for $12,00 / 24 hours with no hassle. The issue here is that most people have flights to catch and they will not dispute this surcharge. I would personally fire the manager in charge as the boys from the valet have nothing to do with it. I found out after investigating that this is the order from the manager to charge every guest ! I regret having stayed at the hotel - the quality of breakfast is indeed very poor and with birds all around us picking at left overs. I would not return to this chain of hotels again.

Convenient and fairly priced

One of the Korwan/Japanese souvenir shop inside the hotel,very rude I asked a question he replied rudely and told me to go to the abc store totally ruined my holiday and stay in the hotel

Location was great and free wifi!

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated being able to use a hospitality room our last day in Waikiki before heading off to the airport. The tour/activity planner was excellent. Totally a nice experience at the Hyatt Place.

Great location

Around 6:00 am every morning when people were closing the doors, it was loud and noisy, sometimes it feels like an earthquake shaking the whole floor.

Coffee, organization of breakfast was like a free for all, cleaning of bathroom as dark hairs left over and I am blonde. Size of room.

Nothing much other than good service staff

Room too small We asked for twin bedding-not available. Outside breakfast under attack from vermin carrying pigeons- a health hazard .

We were in a deluxe ocean view room and it was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Great selection from the buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful and the tour desk was a great asset.

Ocean view was very restricted by other buildings in the way. Next visit we would choose a city view or mountain view room for a lower room rate.

The breakfast were good (coffee excellent). The lobby was very nice for having coffee and reading the AM paper. Again it was nice and quiet with wee view of ocean, Diamond head and city. Could leave the sliding door open all night.

The room was smaller than expected, but since we were not in the room very much is was not too much of a drawback.

The pigeons that attack and food left for a few seconds at the poolside breakfast. Wouldn't say there again just because of them. Get rid of the pigeons and it is a good hotel

Iliked the Hotel. It was clean (Ina, the maid was very polite and courteous), the room was confortable.The bartender was very nice and his Mai-Tai was very good. The internet service was good and the stores at the hotel were good.

I didn't like the staff. First at my arrival, after 10 hours flying the recepcionist just showed the way to the elevators. No one offered help with the luggage.Second I ordered food in my room and it was a struggle to get. The front desk ask to come down to get it or I have to wait and would be charged $3 extra for the delivery. Then I booked a day trip to Perl Harbor and had to leave at 6:15, before breakfast time. So I decide to buy coffee downstairs at so called 24/7food service. It was another struggle. The only person at the front desk had to prepare the coffee and there is nothing good to eat. I think the 24/7 food service at hotel is a joke.

The view was great bed was so comfortable heaps of room cleaning service was great, staff were very helpful and kind. Was a close walk to the beach and shops. Bus stop was just across the road gym was good. Would return

I have been double charged for my room and still haven't been reimbursed and even with emails sent they have not replied.

Clean,good location-1blk from Waikiki,includes breakfast and $5.00 mai tai during happy hour. Large computer area off lobby and easy to use internet in room. Breakfast included. All in all good value for location.This is a remodelled hotel,done well

Hotel was comfortable and good location.. not right on Waikiki, but a very short walk away.

The breakfast was pretty ordinary. Limited selection and it was chaotic with lots of people trying to scramble around a small space.

We loved every aspect of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was only a 100 meters or so from the beach and all the action. The Expedia staff were were helpful in helping us to plan our touring while staying with you. One of our best experiences ever!

We had no complaints but perhaps a a more comprehensive in-house menu would have encouraged us to eat dinner in the hotel.
