It was all very nice
Good location. Nice pool /bar
The breakfast staff were rude, unhelpful and loud
Just across from the park and shore, with comfortable bed and all the usual facilities.
Restaurant was limited and rather costly, better to go out. The hotel was very expensive by any standard other than Honolulu's.
Room was comfortable and clean in a good spot. Staff were lovely and friendly.
Smoke alarm went off in our room at 2am due to winds, some maintenance is needed due to age but otherwise good value for the price.
Over all a great stay. Very close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Very clean and friendly. Great price for the quality of stay.
Not much they can do about the view from all sides of the building, but we did get to see an elephant from our room. And we thought the breakfast buffet was continental, but ended up being kind of expensive even though it was very good food.
Comfort and view and service made out trip
Everything was perfect. Wanted to stay longer
Location & service.
The location is excellent
It's a bit noisy outside and the hotel is starting to show it's age. But I'd stay here again
I liked most of it customer service great room service awesome.
That you have to pay for parking.that should've been included.
Free wifi and good reception everywhere. Staff really nice. Beautiful view from the pool. Walking distance to the zoo and aquarium! Good price for valet parking. Great food and good price.
My room did not have a good view (good I did not pay for it) and behind to the elevator (noisy).
The employees were great. Really liked Kevin he was funny and nice
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The lobby, restaurant, bar and pool areas are nice.
Parking fees. Noisy neighbors.
Didn't have any problems with reservations or the one cancellation and even thought the air conditioner appeared older it worked very well
just thought the carpet could have been cleaner it was vacuumed well however
Definitely worth spending the extra money for an Oceanside corner room, amazing sunset views every night. We had to stay one night in a city view room too though and that was equally well appointed though so not disappointed.
The service poolside was lacking. It was only one particular staff member it seemed on the day who wasn't very proactive about canvassing for more drinks or food. Pool area is big and plenty of room for all even if busy. The pool could be bigger but still lovely.
Location Pool Bell Boys extra helpful
Bar staff could've paid more attention to serving, it was superbowl! Had to get their attention few times, bar was not packed.
I love how comfortable the beds were. The staff were good and very helpful. Wifi is free, its given at check in. The hotel is stunning and beautiful. If you go up to the pool on the third floor, you will be exposed to such a beautiful view of diamond head and waikiki beach. This hotel is overall a great place to stay.
There was only valet parking which is $25 + taxes.
I liked that the room is very quiet (no outside noise, the room's air conditioner was very quiet, close to the beach, staff very friendly, stores are nearby, and the hotel's parking is nearby.
At the time of our stay restaurants were getting renovated.
they upgrades us to a room with views of diamond head, which was super! The room was clean and big, the bed super comfy and wifi free and it worked everywhere. The pool area was nice to relax a bit.
Because the windows are louvred, there is a bit of noise from the traffic, but not enough to keep us awake...
Close to the beach and shops
A bit old and needs work.
Got a free upgrade that showed partial city and ocean view. Pool was refreshing. You could see diamond head from the pool. Overall the room was nice. You could open the windows for more breeze. A two minute walk from the zoo and about five minute walk to Waikiki beach.
The escalator in the lobby wasn't working. The room floor was a little dirty.
Was not very clean, the room looked shabby and in need of redecoration, the air conditioner did not work.
Disappointed that they had no bus maps--I was told to go to the hotel next door.
Room was big with a beach and mountain view.
Hotels bathrooms and towels that was provided had an awful smell.
The staff was very friendly. The rooms were so nice and spacious the location is perfect. In front of the zoo or walk down the block and you're at the beach. Definitely staying here again
Staff very accomodating when we arrived very early for check in, swapped us into an empty room. Very friendly, rooftop pool and bar fantastic. Would recommend!
