Lied about pool said it was close cause kids were in school actually it was broke down
We had a great time with our grandchildren fir the weekend
Not much, I won't return
Everything! Room was located as far away from the pool as could be possible. Had to take my four year old in the freezing 29 degree weather. No wifi, had to leave the site in my car and go to another place to acquire wifi. I complained at check out and the lady just argued with me. She was rude and in professional!
Good location. Water park in good condition.
Beds were uncomfortable and small.
The room was very clean and the pool area was maintained and clean.
We reserved the room as a family of 6 and only had 4 towels in the room. It was kind of a hassle to ask for more towels - although they were friendly about it. One of the water slides was out of commission. They had a door propped open by the lazy river so it was freezing every time you went by that area. Being wet and frozen is not fun so we ended up hanging out in the baby pool.
We all found something to do while staying here. I recommend upgrading to the main building too. Very nice accommodations.
The maid Service
The hotel was very deceiving, when the reservations were made castle rock led us to believe that we would be in the hotel with the water park.....we were two parking lots away.....awful we had to walk and they gave us wrist bands for waterpark access we paids 240.00 for 2 nights what a rip off we had to find another hotel for the rest of our stay we come to branson 2 to 4 times a year never will I stay at castle rock again
Water park was good for a little while
No wi fi in rooms. Food was expensive. No continental breakfest.
Room was filthy. Blood smear on toilet. AC unit broken. Broken shower gel dispenser. Free Wifi not working. Paint chipped around the dinted door. Had to upgrade to get a better/cleaner room. Pool was ok but pipes over lazy river dripped brown water into the pool. Not worth the price or the headache. Stay away!
Beds were not comfortable, the plumbing had to be fixed three times. It was not what your website showed, it was like staying in a cheap motel. Water park:The water was to cold and you could not enjoy being in the pools outside or inside. Not all the staff were friendly.
Water fun within hotel!
No Wi Fi!
Everything worked out great for young family
Rooms where clean but could have been better
Location - waterpark
Rooms were dirty, in need of update.
The two yellow slides.
The bathrooms were not very clean, only one slide was open at a time and the staff was not very friendly.
The park and the stay was great I really liked being able to have our meal at the park so we didn't have to get the kids out and take them somewhere else
Waterpark had to much rust. Hours of operation is poor.
The water park was nice for young kids since it had several pools of varying depths.
Prices were high and one gets nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING. The price I booked it for, well, at the front desk was considerably higher.
Very friendly staff
the water park
the room was not cleaned well.
loved the water park stall n pool excelent
room bathroom floor was filthy also carpet needed vacuuming when they r slow all winter the staff should b giving those rooms a good cleaning our white socks were dirty after walking on floors
Liked the cleanliness of the room, kids loved the kiddie cove bunk beds. The waterpark was a lot of fun for the entire family. Hotel was nice and quiet. Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.
The smell of bleach in the waterpark was overwhelming.
The water park was great for our 5 year old son.
First of all I wasn't told that when I booked my room I would have to walk across 2 parking lots to get to my room. When I checked in I wasn't told where my room was and assumed that it was in the building. I finally asked a guest where it was and they told me it was "across the parking lot". I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi at all. My paperwork said I had free Wi-Fi. Then I went to take a bath and the tub had a rough bottom in it that looked like it had never been cleaned. All it needed was to have a scrub brush used on it. Had we known that we would have to walk so far to get to the waterpark, things might have been different, but I was never told of this. I really did enjoy the waterpark and would have liked to have stayed in the main building that it was in. Also there were signs stating there was vending and ice but when we went to go get some ice we couldn't find it in the building we stayed in and wasn't going to walk out in the rain across 2 parking lots to get some. I would like to stay there again sometime but NOT in the buildings across the parking lot. For the price we paid I expected to be staying in the main building.
The waterpark was great and very clean. My children had a blast.
