Covers had cigarette burns on them..no smoking room
I liked everything about the Castlewood. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and neat and very nice.
There was nothing I disliked about Castlewood.
Location was very good.We never saw any staff other than the desk clerk. The facility was clean but somewhat outdated. It could have used an update. It was comfortable and quiet.
Microwave was very old and outdated.Window in the bathroom would not close. One of the staff finally got it closed while we were out.
Location was great and view was awesome.
The bed was not comfortable.
Excellent location in Maggie Valley. Room was clean. Great water pressure in shower. Linens were soft and smelled clean and fresh. The proprietor was very pleasant and friendly.
This is an older motel. Not fancy but homey and clean. Would definitely stay here again
Centrally located in Maggie Valley.
The beds were uncomfortable and General overall condition of the room needed an update. The walls are very thin consequently you could hear everything your neighbors were doing.
had great view
Cleanliness of the room and the quiet nature of the property.
Mattress was a little firm for my liking. King bed needed more pillows.
The bathroom was very nice.
Other guest chose to sit in the rocking chairs right outside our room and talk late into the night and early in the mornings.
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Clean room with everything we needed. Within walking distance to restaurants and the Opry House.
You may be awaken by motorcycles sooner than you wanted.
Our stay at Castlewood Inn was fine comfortable and clean. I loved being able to sit outside of room in a rocking chair just relaxing. We walked just a little ways to eat supper at country fiddles restaurant, it was good.
Could never connect to wi fi
housekeeping was great.room comfortable.in walking distance of great place to eat.
unable to connect to wifi
Room was clean, very quiet loved the rocking chairs.
I think the room would be a five star if they would just spray some bug spray I saw two baby roaches, a spider and a cricket also wifi was not good at all. I could never connect.
close to a good family resteraunt
the rooms smelled bad
very friendly comfy hotel Felt like home 10/10
Good location. Could walk to resturants and bars.
Forget using their WiFi. Signal was good but Very Very Slow.
we enjoyed being in walking distant to the opera house.and the country vittles restaraunt.excellent food and service.we enjoyed our two day trip.
I didn't like that the wifi did not work until the last day.
location clean easy to find biker friendly
it really rained and hailed when we were there
This is the second time we stayed here really enjoyed both stays staff was nice, my family and myself enjoyed sitting on the porch. We will go back and stay here again..
Everything was great..
Close to hillbilly wood stock
Beautiful view. Located close to lots of things to do so you could walk and do most anything! Staff very friendly.
We were on the far end (room 102) and the wi-fi came and went. If I sat by the window, it stayed pretty good. This is no reflection on the facility, but other guests were loud at times. We even had one knock on our door and wake us up one morning mistaking our room for someone elses!
The cleanliness and the staff.....
Price and location. Nice balcony and view.
Beds hard, pillows flat, rooms smelled musty and of stale smoke. Lobby reeked of mothballs. Poor breakfast. Slow wifi.
