the room was very spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The hotel was a short distance to the Lincoln Mall as well as the beach. the staff that had booked our room did not disclose anything that the hotel offered which was annoying as another guest that had booked in and was provided all the information by another staff, we didnt really feel all welcomed. No early check in was also a disappointment as a international traveller, we would've expect at least for the hotel to cater for international travellers who arrive early. Our room located in level 2 had a lot of noise from the top floor with the doors being opened and close as well as the footsteps. |

Location and some features like the swimming pools. Staff not very friendly, housekeepers too noisy. Resort fees (?) charged on check-out almost doubled the price of the whole stay. |

Convenience - walking distance to beach. Friendly staff. Themed atmosphere and lots of good ideas. Contemporary look. Hidden fees - there is no parking at the hotel except a $30/night valet service, and $15/person/day resort fee. Not as clean as we would've liked. |

Excellent location in Miami beach. The cheapest rooms are right to the bar & restaurant of the hotel. Every night, there is a DJ and the music is very loud. You can also hear the people talking. Same thing in the morning, you can hear the music from the bar & restaurant. So it was very difficult to sleep. I have never experienced a room so noisy! |

The bed was great & its a good location. Free beach chairs a plus. We booked & paid for the most expensive room & they wanted to put us in a standard. Checkin was 3pm & we couldn't get in our room until almost 6. One day our room never got cleaned, even after multiple requests to clean it. The pool wasn't open & the one in the sister hotel, the maxine, was disgusting. |

the hotel is in a great location with the beach and bars nearby. 3 hotels share facilities so there is good all round facilities and the free beach loungers was good (although you still have to pay for umbrella hire...) With bar being down the hall from the rooms it was very noisy saturday night. |

It was a fun, funky atmosphere, more of a boutique hotel. The bamboo pool at the Maxine building was quiet and relaxing. It was close to Lincoln Road and all the great restaurants and shopping, and the beach was only a block away. It wasn't perfect, but we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the Karaoke at the Maxine, and the people watching out front was great. It was kind of noisy. The air conditioning unit was really loud and our toilet ran constantly. We also had a tough time adjusting the water in the shower. Once it got hot, it couldn't be cooled down so we had to be careful not to get scalded. |

We stood there only one night but the room was great, very comfortable in all aspects. Is located a few steps from the beach. There are public parkings near the hotel so there's no problem if you go by car. If I would have to say something, maybe the mattress could be a little more comfortable. |

My first night on the first floor by the bar was horrible. After they moved me to the third floor I enjoyed my stayed, but I had already lost one night of sleep. The first night I was given a room on the first floor by the bar. It was horrible. I don´t understand how they even have rooms there with loud music, and people playing pool and chatting until very late. Practically next to your bed. We coudn´t sleep. Also everytime someone flushed the toilet upstears there was this loud noise coming from the bathroom that was really annoying. |

It was cheerful.....staff are amazing and you basically get wat u pay for. Friendly service and a clean room. Its not the Drake or anything but it is a good location and near the beach. I didnt like that you had to claim your beach towels every morning.....the lighting in the rooms was dark, not the best for make up etc otherwise the rooms were good. |

we had to be put into 4 different rooms and the standards between them changed greatly with the standard of the dorset building being far higher than that off the other two buildings. We stayed for a week and at least twice during that week did not have enough towels. Would definitely not visit again. |
