Staff really friendly. Amazing location. The rooms are more than descent.

The concierge was very nice mike t was his name he set us up with things to do and was very patient and kind the DJ was also gd nice music was played kept us dancing food service was ok little expensive the location of the hotel was very gd wasn't to far from shopping and the beach

First off the shuttle picked us up 1:30 late from the airport then at check in I told the rep that the deposit for both rooms was going on 2 different card then mine (I made the reservation)he took my card and one of the other girl card and put the deposit on them and when I asked him y he put it on my card when I told him isn't wasn't suppose to go on my card he got really nasty with me yelling very nasty then on top of it he froze my whole account and I couldn't get any money out of my account so I was n Miami for 4 days with no money then the bathrooms was nasty no shower door only 1 so when we took the shower water was running on the floor I had to put towels on the floor to catch the water terrible rooms where very small it wasn't a wonderful experience but if it wasn't for mike t it would have been a bad experience for the price ($2136) I paid the experience should have been much better not worth it at all very bad and un happy with the experience me and my husband is suppose to go out in July or August but I don't know after the experience I had I don't know if I want to take him there

Close to the beach and bars. Ok breakfast and really good sushi.

Only 2 sunbeds per room, no sunshade included.

It is situated in a good area, close to the beach, shopping and restuarants.

The room was small, definitely not a deluxe room. the bathroom was tiny with no rails for the towels. There was a awful smell in the corridor. The building was generally run down and not well maintained. Although it is a 3 star Hotel the prices charged compare to some of the 4 star Hotels in the area.

We were charged a $15 booking fee and were told that this was for the 'free' wifi and other special hotel ammenities. We understand that taxes will be added to the booking.com price but I would like to know about other add-ons before using the site again.

I like how the hotel was within walking distance of many different stores and restaurants.

I was shocked when I found out out about the extra fees we were told about at checkout becuase we had to use some of our spending change for that. Also, dining in there was a 18% gratuity.

Cockroaches, dirty, noisy (music til 3am), work on the roof, aircon not functioning, broken curtains, expensive, bad customer service

The room is very dark and old, the atmosphere is very bad.

The mattress is awesome, the room, the restaurants, happy hour, free drinks from 7 to 8pm, location.

the hallways to the room smells really really bad, that carpet needs to be out now! the lightning is very poor as well. The woman in the front desk is very rude.

The rooftop pool and bar were a lot of fun! Keith was a great bartender. The room was great. Trendy and comfy.

The front desk was very unfriendly. We witnessed a woman at her wits end trying to get the manager and and had to wait 20 minutes to see him. And we don't think he was really the manager. There was no concierge (although they said there was). And no one offered to get our bags when we checked in.

The staff at this hotel was beyond helpful. They were friendly and over the top accommodating to any needs we had! Especially mike at the concierge and Eva and the bar!

The nasty pool upstairs was gross and all the beds were dirty and the drinks were 15 dollars! What a rip off!

Beautiful beach a few blocks away. Great shopping/food court.

Elevator broke down. Stairs very steep. Plaster dust all over the red carpet. Needs serious repair and cleaning.

The porters were the best! The location was great.!!!!!!!

The room was too small. The desk staff were not helpful. The rooms are in three different buildings. It took repeated calls to get help. LIghting in room horrible. WIFI didnt work in room. They offered passes to all the best nightclubs but we couldn't get any. Their ad was true on several things.

Staff was SUPER acommodating, location is excelent, food at the lounge was delicious. Happy hour was perfect. Music was gratifying with the DJ. The mattresses were super comfy. Clean linen and rooms. We were a group of 4 and were very pleased w the hotel and staff. Great job!

I wish the iron would steam or spray water onto the clothes. I'm kinda particular about that. But i guess the humidity of Miami can unwrinkle any garment on it's own anyway. That's all.

We upgraded our room to a business room and it was really amazing. Very good mattress (tempura or something like it) The location is great near to lincoln road where all the shops and restaurants are.. Near to the beach which we love in miami. Valet parking was expensive, but unfortunately it is always like that.
