Location, staff, service, food was good.

Restaurant does not seem to be run very well.

I loved the location! So scenic. The room was comfortable and they let me in early. I was there for a special event so it was convenient, too.

Beautiful location, relaxing and the Children's Discovery Museum so very close.

I liked it all. Didn't take advantage of the spa because I thought the prices were too high.

The staff was excellent and the food in the restaurant great! It was very quite and relaxing.

The net price I ended up paying was not the price that was advertisted on the internet when I booked on-line. The addition of the "Spa Fee" ($25 for facilities I didn't agree to use) and the "National Park Fee" ($52) and the other minor fee of $4 for your favorite charity left a bad departing impression. I felt as though you had gamed me and your won (and you really didn't because despite a very good visit, I won't be back). The parking is also very inconvenient when I arrived (a wedding was going on).

I like that it was Green Certified, that there was a spa onsite as well as a world class restaurant. The rooms were inviting and comfortable. I really felt as if I was on vacation.

From the time we drove up....just the best. Staff very attentive, room awesome, food great and the location is great too! Did not want to come home, wished we could stay a day or two more.

No, it was the perfect end to a Napa wine tasting weekend.

It is extremely relaxing and so convenient to get into the city or into the great little town of Sausalito. It has a world class view of the city as well as the Golden Gate. Plus the weather is perfect, not to hot and not to cold!

It is expensive but we feel it is worth the money to do every now and again.

The new rooms, the view and it beeing so close to the city but yet far enough to enjoy the nature.

We stayed in a room downstairs and there were some children in the room upstairs running around at 6 in the morining. I belive the walls are too thin.

Amazing views, incredible service, food and wine was fantastic. We spent our anniversary here and would absolutely return again.

Great location if you don't want to stay downtown and the nostalgia.

Spa facilities closed too early. 10 P.M. would be more practical.

Stayed there for my birthday and honeymoon also it happend to be the 75th anniversary of the Golden Gate Bridge. Nice and quiet. We stayed in the old Ft. Baker residence.

I love the beauty of the place and the way that the history of the place was so ingeniously and beautifully incorporated into the lodging.

The parking (although valet was offered) is very awkward and inconvenient when you're over 70 and alone and formally dressed for the evening in sf. Thank you for the tiny gifted flashlight. Several of the 'historical' bldgs do not have adequate parking spaces available.

Location and peaceful

The new units have an a/c compressor outside the bedroom wall so on off motor noted. Otherwise was great.

Un hôtel original, très bien situé au pied du Golden Gate Bridge. Une ambiance classe et cosy. Un personnel très accueillant et efficace. Belle et grande chambre avec cheminée. Salle de bain parfaitement équipée. Une très belle adresse.

Location is perfect. Away from mess, with great views!

Room was dark and not properly laid out with two big chairs and a leg rest uncomfortably/awkwardly stuck in a corner, only one bed side table, sink in the "living room" and a bed that was too big for the space. Worse yet, the room smelled (mix of detergent and mold) Internet service was outrageously slow Value for money was ridiculously poor ($64 dollars for a small mediocre breakfast for 2???) Majority of the staff did not even try, expecting, it seems, that location was going to justify their premium pricing
