Excellent and quiet location with good shuttle services

Valet parking is too tip-orientated and needless,It's not children or family friendly hotel ( there is no available pool for the kids for example )

A unique location and a hotel to match.

The resort and park fees are very high and not being made transparent enough. Still, this place is a wonderful treat.

Views of Sf and ability to hike from room to under Golden Gate Bridge up to the Marin Headlands Coastal Trail. Felt a bit like upscale camping.

Need to go back over GG bridge on car to get to restaurants and SF attractions

The property is stunning! . Views of S.F. and the Golden Gate Bridge are breath takingI I walked for miles around Fort Baker and Cavallo Point, swam in the 100 degree salt water meditation pool, received an excellent massage, had some terrific wine and cheese and was served by a competent and professional staff! This is an extraordinary hotel!

I felt the menus where a little flat...not as extraordinary as I had hoped.

The Bartender was awesome. Front desk staff the worse I've ever encountered. Did not even look up to greet me at check in or check out

I loved how friendly the staff was. The accommodations were beautiful!

My wife was getting up off the Matt from a Thai massage and threw her back out. I think they should have either worked on her back or taken it off the bill.

Great location, nice large rooms, good restaurant, haven't had time to try the spa.

No A/C or heating in the room, reception claimed there is heating but they had to adjust it from outside during our check-out !

The views, the sunny pocket by the bridge, Farley Bar and the waitress Rachel made it fun.

Our only disappointment was the Murray Circle Restaurant. The ambiance was great but our dinner was "too far out imaginative" and not very tasty. We ordered the Halibut, a side of sautéed spinach and side of roasted eggplant; we didn't finish it. The two prawn appetizer was good but too meager. Our room service breakfast the next morning was delicious!
