The room was absolutely great with great views. The Pool/hot tub area is very open and spacious.
If you go outside ski season, there isn't much to do. Recommend you stop off in Cedar City for groceries to as there is not a good selection on the mountain.
We had a 2-bedroom villa. The bedrooms were very comfortable and cosy with a fireplace each. The kitchen was well equipped!
The living room had no outside windows which made it feel stuffy. This hotel is great when you plan to ski, snowboard, etc. However, if you are there in the summer, it is very secluded and isolated and it takes you forever to get to Bryce, Zion,... because the roads are winding and climbing (to Zion it is an almost 2 hour drive). There really is nothing there. The swimming pool was nice, however the air temperature was very cold, making it chilly when you get out of the water.
I like the space available. We had a two bedroom. Basically five adults and one child. Everyone was comfortable. We always had something to do.
The room was warm. We had to open the windows. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. Too busy.
Great quiet location in the nature as central point to visit Bryce and Zion Nat. Parks, Cedar Breaks Nat. Monument and do Shakespeare productions in Cedar City. Under new ownership staff extremely helpful. On site restaurant good, not great. Wonderful swimming pool and hot tub, sauna and well quipped exercise room
Limited shopping possibilities locally to be able to stock the kitchenette.
The room need to be refresh
The view , the spa
Cut off from the city
The beds were not comfortable, to soft.
It was close to Cedar Breaks, Bryce's, and great hiking. The food was very good.
We wished there were more local restaurants to choose from. We didn't like the showers, the spray felt like needles.
No wifi éven in the lobby Restaurant
If Stuff members were welcome , kind informative to all customers this place would've been a pleasure.
Nice location Clean apartment
the internet connection so poor that it was hard to load a single page
We were able to upgrade to a two bedroom flat for a very reasonable fee which was spacious and well equipped. Friendly staff, except one person.
A little far from everything. No wifi in the flat. Only in the lobby and it was very slow.
Rooms were not maintained on a daily basis. At check-out we were informed that room service was every four days. We stayed three. Trash was absolutely stinging by third day.
The location, the kitchen and rooms were nice. The coffee shop and the pool was nice.
The tub was overly high to step into. The bed we slept in was overly worn, there was no support we keep rolling out of bed and our feet was more elevated than our heads.
No air conditioning close longe and pool at 10 more like9. No room to play even cards after that. Room was un bearable hot
Good sized room and bathroom, friendly reception staff.
Breakfast staff weren't great (too few people serving given number of guests), room could be updated
Clean and friendly
Very fine hotels with all aspects
The staff and their eagerness to help.
Lack if outside porch or patio for reading, etc and no large lobby for Sitting, reading, or simply mixing with other guests. Seemed great for kids, however, with pool and outdoor playground.
Super atmosphere in the mountains, in the air and the comfort of the facility !
Some type of motor ran loudly 24/7 causing lack of sleep and noise all day
This hotel was said to be within 20 miles of Bryce Canyon. This wasn't true, it is 1.5hours away, Bookings.com is a deceptive website and I have posted on Facebook NOT TO USE you every.
The smell of the room
Food service slow
