The layout of the rooms
Close to Foxwoods. Room was nice and warm.
Area needs a touch up. Rooms need a safe.
The original room had an overwhelming cat urine odor. The second room had several bugs.
Really enjoyed sipping wine by the campfire! Also nice to go across the street and enjoy really good pizza at Mystic Pizza!

Location AND price! Fact it was as close to Foxwoods WITH limo service. Never had to move/use car.
The Place had a nice Comfort of home kind of Atmosphere with a twist of luxury. I thought the combination was a welcomed surprize.
The Grounds could be a little more up to date as far as Landscaping is concerned. Other then that it was fine.
Everything. First the photos and description is totally not what you get. Mismatched furniture, minimal cable stations, not set up with cups for coffe and bathroom, no coffee for coffee maker. Continental breakfast was ok first day but very minimal items available. Second day went to get coffee at 8:30, none available. Staff was drinking it. And the worse thing is is that the staff all sleep at the Inn. Continuously had to go to office to ask for something because the room was never set up. Asked why our luggage was still in the room the second day but we booked two days and had to again go to office to approve the second night. Wish I had just left! It looked like it catered to people without homes (which I don't object to) but this is not what it was advertised for. Booking.com should not promote this hotel at all if you value your reputation. It was horrible!!!!! Not happy at all. I think we deserve a refund because it was nothing like we thought!

We booked this hotel through Booking.com for $199.00 per night total bill was $446.20. I feel I was robbed. We attended a function in the area and needed to be close. We paid as much as we would for a name brand chain (Hilton or Marriott) so I expected the rooms to be similar with the same type of amenities. First Impression: When we drove up it looked nice and I decided to go in the office with my husband. When I walked in I knew we were in trouble. This was not a motel lobby – it was a converted room with a few hard chairs – big old empty bird cage – a small table with a few pamphlets and a desk with a woman sitting down to check you in. She looked at our paperwork and winked at me and said we have an upgrade a Jacuzzi suite. On closer look the property looked run down and poorly maintained. We pulled up to the room and I noticed at the door rot and cobwebs. Room Overview: We walked in and it smelled – musty and damp so we left the door open. I look around the room and see a big massage chair – Really? Why? The room looked like it was furnished with Goodwill Furniture all mismatched. The floor did not look clean – there was a carpet on the floor that was dirty. The air conditioner was up high and if I wanted to turn it on I would have to stand on a chair. There was a large refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and the biggest flat screen ever. The bathroom was large – the Jacuzzi tub was in a weird position in the room I wondered how they managed to climb in to clean it. The grout on the floor was dirty and there was slight black mold too. The mirror in the bathroom was hung too low and I had to scrunch down to look into it. The shower was for handy-cap and the wall paper was coming off. I just paid $446.20 for 2 nights. I was ready to cry. My husband said suck it up we are not spending any time here but sleeping. The bed did not look inviting at all.
The hotel staff was horribly rude, as well as the "manager" . My room smells terribly of must and was very moist. The bed tipped as soon as you sat on the bottom. My keys were not made for the correct number of days so upon arrival of my second night they didn't work. The "hot tub" was in terrible shape and you couldn't even read what the settings were on it or read the dial for the hot and cold water. Also there wasn't any wi fi as stated on their website. Over all I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
The tempurpedic mattress was the only good thing
The room was small The bathroom sink had to be fixed The shower pressure was terrible The TV remote had dead batteries The hotel/ check in people were rude. The complimentary breakfast had no coffee juice or water some days.

Staff is friendly and outgoing. The limo ride to the casino is almost the best part of the trip. We love the manager's reception.
Loved the space of the room and all the available features. King size bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was the best feature.
No vending machines, no hairdryer in the bathroom and the shower had very little water pressure.

There weren't any rugs on the floor and the beds can use better blankets.
The general manager Stephanie was a very nice woman.
The toilet didn't flush properly, you had to flush like 5 times for it to flush. the people staying there were noisy 5 o'clock in the morning they were out on the terrace talking loud and laughing. I'd say it's more for younger kids that want to gamble at Foxwoods.
Kenny the limo driver was a lot of fun. The staff was very pleasant. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and lived the set up for a small room. Definitely will stay again..
It was a chilly night so no outdoor fire. But we had a great stay.
Being locked out of our room on the second night stay. When asked to have the bill taken off the second day of our stay. We were denied because I said that a up grade wasn't necessary. Because she never mention that the other rooms had refriderators, micro waves, hair dryers. I thougth all the rooms were the same. We had to go to another motel, to see if they had a room for the night because the number on the office door was out of order when we called. The person @ the other motel had a different number that she called. We finally got into our room after being completely frozen from the cold of the night.When I booked the room I just assumed we were getting our money worth but I guess there is a meaning of buyer beware.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Limo service to casino was good, however they only went to one casino for free.
Parking was a little tricky? Description on-line was not accurate. Memory Foam Bed not to comfortable!

The wifi kept going in and out. The controls on the whirlpool tub didn't work also water pressure in the shower wasn't good
