The hotel is dirty and has not been kept up. The tub/showers do not drain and fill with water while you are trying to shower. The carpeting is filthy and torn in many spots. There were bugs in the rooms and the furniture was in poor condition.

The price was affordable when using Booking.com. The room smelled like smoke even though we requested non-smoking, the toliet barely flushed and at one point they had to come fix it. The room was surface clean, but still could have been better.

I just needed a place to sleep. No luxury wanted for this trip. Clean. Convenient. Felt safe for a woman traveling alone. Manager friendly. Non smoking. No smoke residue at all. Very basic, but with microwave and small frig. Only bar soap provided. No hair dryer. Since I expected as much I was prepared. I would stay there again. Doors need replacing. Locks worked, but it was obvious someone had done some damage to front and bathroom doors. Could hear conversation of neighbors in next room when my TV was off.

Ruime kamer, niets meer, niets minder. Gezien de prijs was comfort passend. Echte motelkamer. Ontbijt was erg mager, geen ontbijtruimte aanwezig. Volgens de boekingsinformatie zou er echter geen ontbijt zijn. Eigenaar beetje kortaf.

Water pressure was good. Fridge was dirty and smelly. Sheets were stained. Had to clean everything with a disinfectant before we felt like we could touch the surfaces. Couldn't understand the instructions for the heater given by the desk man. Lobby smelled too bad to eat in. Towels old, but clean. Some light fixtures were wobbly in their sockets. Seemed dangerous. Heater was loud and we were unable to adjust the temp or speed of the fan. Only on and off. No extra toilet tissue. No shampoo. Just soap. Door let in cold air.

The bed was very comfortable. The Security Door latch/lock was broken and missing. The guy at the desk(the owner) just said, "Just lock it from inside and close the door", so he knew the door lock was broken, but he rented the room anyways. Money is all important to the staff (owners).

It was close by the SUU campus where we spent most of our time because of the Shakespeare competitions happening there. It was also close to grocery stores and non-hamburger establishments. The people who worked at the hotel were also very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were too. When you took a shower the tub filled up with water. That was kind of gross.
