The jacuzzi tub was great, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable.
There was no heat in our room, and they had to move us to another room. When we entered that room, the heat had not been turned on and it was bitter cold. It took a good two hours for that room to heat up. It was 32 degrees outside and 45 degrees inside. I like going into a room that has heat.
Nice room with great amenities. ..very comfortable with good restaurants nearby.
The staff is never at the front desk....you HAVE to ring the bell...When I asked the girl at the desk to please watch my luggage cart long enough for me to park my car (I'm a female traveling alone)...she refused to do so!
Staff very helpful in answering our questions. Because of slow weekend, we were upgraded to suite at no extra cost.
This was a quick stop. Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff topped off with a good breakfast.
The wAy the curtain blows in front of the ac/heating unit.
Location convenient to airport. Free breakfast buffet started early (6AM I think). Great staff. Very clean and comfortable bed and pillows!
Not a 5 star but for the price it was a great deal!
Breakfast, location, quiet, dog friendly
crumbs, food wrappers under bed
very bad pillows!
My wife and I were attending a family reunion. We need a handicap room. We were staying for 4 days. No handicap room available the day we arrived late. Katie, desk clerk, put us in a regular room and primised to get us into the room we needed for the balance of stay our stay. The next morning Johna, desk clerk, got us into the room we needed. Very accommodating. Thanks to these employees.
Not real. Clean!
Efficient friendly front desk, when we reported a less than clean tub we were upgraded , appreciated.
Had to move rooms
The bed and shower were good
there were no wash clothes and only one hand cloth. There was no top sheet on the bed. When I called and asked for the clothes and a sheet, they said I would have to come get them.. when I got to the desk she was leaving and said I'd have to wait. second, all the wallpaper in the room was pealing off the walls and the carpets were frayed and not clean. I was disappointed.
Stayed here on way to Glacier and chose to stay here again on way home. Everything about the room eas fine. Staff were friendly and helpful; even remembered us from previous stay.
Both our stays were on weekends. Breakfast room staff need to get their ordering quantities right as again they had run out of some basics eg. Butter, peanut butter and tea. Detracts from an otherwise satisfactory breakfast
The bed was terrific, comfortable without being too hard or too squishy. The flat screen television was nice as was having DirecTV. Staff was courteous and helpful. We thought it was a decent value for the price.
Room #204 - Might have been our room but there was only the heat light in the bathroom and a very low or non-working ceiling vent. Had to move the curtains out of the way of the air conditioning unit. Outside noise made it difficult to open the window at nights and sleep.
Location was good. Quiet even though close to freeway. Guest laundry was efficient and inexpensive. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nicely appointed and bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good pressure.
Breakfast - limited offerings especially cereal ( one only 'children's' cereal). Slow to replenish items as they ran out. Water for tea was only lukewarm.
Had a very nice continetial bkfst
breakfast was great with lots of choices...eggs, hash browns, and sausage
An old, wet bar of soap was still in our shower making us wonder how clean it was. The whole hotel is old. Carpets are worn and at some places they are threadbare. The nicest I can say is that the place is tired. Very hard to locate. We had to call twice to get directions once we got off of the freeway.
The staff was exceptional, friendly and hardworking. The price was very good. The property was clean, nicely decorated and well-maintained.
The staff seemed to be stretched too thin.
Noise, units need updating
Difficult to find the hotel and also staff were never at the desk. We had a king room with two tiny thin towels and the temperature in the room was very hard to regulate either freezing or roasting. Would not stay again.
The fact that I could get a room.....
Desk had no lamp on it, worse than that, there were no outlets anywhere near the desk to plug in my computer. bath mat was thicker than the towels to use, sheets and comforter on the bed were very thin....lighting was poor for reading.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast
The lighting in the room and bathroom could be improved.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
The jacuzzi in the room
The pool right next to the dining area.
The front desk staff was great, very accommodating and quick to think on their feet and make sure that whatever problems we faced were taken care of before the end of the check in process. We will be booking this hotel whenever we go to Spokane for family or business.
Booking.com didn't send them my reservation, so we didn't have a room available when we checked in. The front desk staff made arrangements to ensure we had the room we wanted at the price we were offered on Booking.com
The breakfast had lots of variety and we were lucky enough to stay in the fall when they had pumpkin spice waffles!
The room was too cold when we arrived and took about an hour to warm up. The temperatures had been in the teens and the heater had not been turned on. Also there needs to be better signage at turn off to the hotel.
