Very good flat for a family with 3 children. Very close to Central Park. Moreover the landlord is very kind.

A sort of misunderstanding. Uninteresting location, Harlem, long ride to downtown Manhattan in a dirty subway. Area of empty streets, no stores or restaurants. The apartment is too expensive for the standard offered, small grated windows facing walls of adjacent buildings. Random selection of furniture, too many beds, wrinkled bedsheets, towels scattered in an untidy way. The party renting the apartment do not even try to create a pleasant atmosphere. They also try to sell you suspicious perfumes at $50 a piece to make more money. $300 per night is a lot of money. The location and the standard do not justify such a cost. If one pays cash there is no record and no guarantee that the city tourist tax is in fact paid. $70 extra cleaning fee and wrinkled, flimsy bedsheets?

Abdul was really kind to show us everything in the neighborhood. The apartment was exactly what we expected, clean large and comfortable. The subway is 2 mins walks from the apt, just in front of Central Park. Perfect stay!
