Street noise, tight parking for pickups.
Very helpful staff, above and beyond needed. Solid wifi
The beds leave much to be desired. The shower curtain could use a thorough cleaning or maybe just get a new one. The power outlets need to be changed(my phone charger just fell out at one point).
I did enjoy the fact that you are within walking distance to some decent restaurants and bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The owners were fantastic. very friendly and they were kind enough to pick us up from the airport after we had dropped our hire car off. The area is lovely, make sure you go on the history walk.
No wall plug for a laptop. No small table. The remote didn't work because it only had one battery.
It was located in walking distance to museums, cool stores, and good restaurants.
didn't have a key to room that worked. staff had to accompany us to room. The room was never vacumed all week and sheets never changed all week..had to ask for coffee and cups each day.
They don't offer breakfast, and the air conditioner is old, a bit noisy when using it.
The hotel is in the downtown, but very quiet while sleeping. The smell of room is good, no cockroaches, bugs, very clean. The bed is also very comfortable.
Some of the furnishings were a little bit shabby - but their friendliness and the comforts they offered me easily made up for it.
Welcoming friendliness and eagerness to make my stay happy - which it was. I felt very secure and well looked after by the manger and his wife and daughters...
The facility was old, so the outside and lobby area definitely are not visually attractive. The rooms were fine, but again, old and can have that older smell.
The staff was amazingly accommodating. It's own by an Egyptian family and they couldn't have been more attentive and thoughtful. It's an old facility, so when we complained that our room had a bit of a smell, they immediately offered us another. That had less of a smell, which we told them. We went out for a few hours, and when we returned, it was completely gone (Fabreez or something?). The shuttled us back and forth to the Frontier Days festival grounds (complimentary). When a vending machine didn't work, they not only quickly opened it to give us our 2 sodas, they reimbursed our $2. I used their washer / dryer, and they provided us detergent and dryer sheets from their own supply. When we checked out, we saw the mother running out to our car. She brought us 2 bottles of water and 2 granola bars for our ride. I cannot say enough good things about these people. They are hard working, thoughtful, attentive and just friendly.
there were no clean towels when we checked in, but there was a dirty wet bath towel still hanging up in the bathroom. the bed fell off the leg so i looked under it to fix it and there was left over food on the floor under the bed. you had to climb on a chair to turn on the AC that was over the door. the room was disgusting and we had to pay $200/night since it was during a special event. this place was a joke, my friend and i cant stop laughing at what a gross experience it was.
Awful! Plumbing made awful sounds when in use. No hot water for shower, no ice machine available for self-service.
Old, outdated, needs serious renovation, bathtub had mold, rug was dirty,
downtown location, very friendly front desk staff
Clean but needs a remodel
Crazy friendly people. Went out of their way for us.
the hotel is a bit dated, perfectly clean, quiet and in a nice safe area and we enjoyed our stay but don't choose it if you want a very smart hotel to spend a lot of time in.
great location in the centre of town, very friendly and helpful staff - this is a family business and we felt very welcome.
Lack of privacy
Very friendly staff. Great location
run-down public areas; room widow on one one side only and opening directly to exterior corridor
friendly staff; excellent downtown location; fresh and clean towels and linens
Looked sketchy. Daughter refused to even go in, and I agreed. Looked trashy. Booking.com showed full night stay price forfeiture to cancel, so I didn't even cancel. Went to a Best Western in next town, much nicer. Will not use booking.com again.
Very dated, in urgent need of an upgrade and some TLC. A simple breakfast option would be a useful addition.
Good central location. Friendly and efficient welcome. Good wifi. Clean and tidy.
Clean but in need of repairs
The friendliest staff I have encountered traveling.
Welcoming and helpful. Comfortable and clean. Near the Downtown area.
Host family was very friendly and helpful.
It's a dump. Priced way too high for the quality of the facility.
The owners were very nice. They were very hospitable and accommodating. It was easy to get to from the daytime event I was attending.
It was dirty, mold was in the bathroom, sheets where gross, floor was cover in leaves, smoke alarm was off the wall, electrical out let was pulled apart. Terrible place to stay.
Nothing the place was terrible
