The staff was very friendly. It's like a luxury home away from home. It's close enough to the action on Ocean Drive but far enough away to feel like a get away. Having to pay half of the bill up front. But based on the holiday, I understand. |

This is a fantastic hotel which offers a very friendly and personal service rather than the cold atmospheres you get in the larger hotel chains. The owner of the hotel couldn't be more friendlier and was very helpful during my stay. |

The hotel has remained atmosphere of an epoch 70th. Owners of hotel very attentive and cheerful, the sympathetic personnel. If the purpose of your arrival to Miami ocean, beach and cheerful prodriving of time for small money, this is your hotel!!! |

really good staff, especially at night, but quite the same during daytime, we came to Miami to party and they allowed us to party and didn't act surprised when we came in late, or during the morning, the clean up crew was also very helpful..... the breakfast could be a bit better, even though we never really had breakfast.... |

Excellent experience, the Hotel is really well located, I would say in the best area of Ocean drive, very easy to access the beach (3 Minutes walking), I really recommend you this hotel!!!! |

The Hotel's location The Hotel rooms were very very cramped and very shabby. As much as the reception staff on check in/out were not unfriendly they were not very forthcoming and friendly - check in/out seemed to be a chore for them! Breakfast is very limited. There is no area in the hotel to sit and relax taking into account the rooms are so small. |

Nice room and facilities, good location close to restaurants, beach, amenities, etc. Very noisy in the morning!!! From early morning you could hear trucks loading, construction works, etc. it was very annoying! |

For the money, the hotel left a lot to be desired. I was very disappointed with the facilities. Wireless internet in all of hotel except my room. No where to unpack luggage. |

It was nice being across the street from the Beach, and the hotel staff were very nice and polite. There is complimentary breakfast every morning, and there is a computer room with internet access. House keeping did not do a good job of cleaning the rooms. I saw ants in my bathrooms. |

Ideale ligging: rustig maar dichtbij strand en centrum, parkeerplaats voor het hotel, ontbijt inbegrepen, mogelijkheid gratis internetgebruik, ruime kamer. ijsmachine lag tegenover onze kamer in de hal, werd veel gebruik van gemaakt, ook 's nachts. |
