The rooms are clean and simple with modern decor. They're warm and we appreciated the coffee in the lobby. It is a small, intimate type hotel. No frills, but those usually are not necessary. The bathrooms are very small and efficient, but could use some hooks to hang towels and clothes from as there is no counter space to put anything on. |

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Charming hotel, great location. We are definitely going to go back sometime when we have the time to enjoy the city. (We were in Boston for business.) Just loved it! |

The location is good - 5 min from the Orange Line and Amtrak station. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There is a coffee machine downstairs, so one can have coffee or tea any time. It's a bit noisy, as there is a bar downstairs. The air conditioning could be more modern and efficient. |

Nice boutique hotel, simple, well decorated, marble shower, within a 2 mile walk of about everything to see in Boston. Parking is a bit strenuous. Room a little small for more than a 2 day stay. Attractive rates. |

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again on my next visit to Boston. |

The hotel is relatively inexpensive and conveniently located for the city centre & the "t". The room was clean There is a gay bar on the ground floor, which is very busy and noisy, particularly at night over weekends. Sound insulation is poor due to the airconditioner being built into the window, and you will need ear plugs (at least if you stay on the first floor). The airconditioner is very noisy. I did use earplugs ans slept well. |

It was nice being walking distance to most everything in downtown Boston. It was also nice having a restaurant/bar right next to it. Parking was tough - even the parking garage was a bit far. One of the front desk staff sent us walking in the wrong direction 2 times - they need to speak up if they're not 100% sure of where to send someone and ask another employee! |
