Free breakfast and free cocktails, also suites are nice.

First room we were assigned had strong odor of smoking wven though it was non-smoking. We switched rooms.

Spacious room, excellent location, breakfast included, happy hour.

The first room I was given had an outdated TV. I had to switch rooms the next day. I was not impressed with the customer service provided by the front desk team.

Size of Suite was nice, not too small.

TV too small in bedroom, it was a very old small TV secured/bolted into the top of one bureau at the far end of the room. Very difficult to see and small especially for the 2nd bed in the room.

rooms were clean and spacious, breakfasts and happy hour were fantastic!

Location was good, not far from airport, but outside of Phoenix proper. Close to highways but not too close.

Some of desk staff was less than friendly or welcoming. When checking in, was short, curt and a bit rude. Housekeeping staff, on the other hand, was quite friendly. Hvac very noisy, as was bathroom fan. Parking near room was a total joke.

Suite had all amenities, including two TVs, a wet bar/kitchenette, eating area and WiFi (though it had spotty signal strength). Breakfast (included) was cooked to order and very tasty. Pool area was large and comfortable.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was good. I enjoyed the breakfast and cocktails.

I found it difficult to find a parking space.

Overpriced for the value! With unanticipated suite tax, we paid almost $300/night! Our room faced an adobe wall and backed onto a driveway where trucks and tour busses began unloading with backup beepers as early as 6:15 am. The room had peeling wallpaper, and old bathrooms. Lots of group tours at this hotel.

Friendly staff and close to many ammenities, resturaunts, shops.

I did not like tha fact that Booking .com got my reservations wrong. I reserved one king bed and they ended up reserving me two twin beds. I was very upset about this.

Convenience, breakfast was nice. People were very pleasant. Staff very responsive.

faucets old and leaking all over counter tops. Room had puddle of ? upon entering by bathroom. No one checked? Cleaned up right away. Could fix up bathrooms/faucets. Parking bad. Had to park a block away and it was only 9 pm.

I liked the atmosphere of the place: the architecture, all the plants and trees, the pools and fountains. I liked the area where breakfast and afternoon drinks were served; it promoted community and fun. I wanted to stay at the hotel and relax. I didn't feel like I had to find something else to do and only sleep there.

Sometimes finding a parking place was a bit of a challenge but we always had somewhere to park.

We liked the cook to order breakfast and the happy two hours every evening which was included in the price. Also, the gift shop, pool, hot tub and restaurant provided every amenity a person needs!

Some of the furniture in the suite is getting quite worn, but not a huge deal to us!

Asked for King. Got two twin beds. Room was not clean. Had to move couch as I dropped tv remote, OMG!!!! Fan in bathroom had horrible sound. Room smelled like urine. Hope you like the sound of traffic and sirens all night..

The rooms were well designed and appointed. The location was convenient for shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very well done! The dining facility was very clean and the food was excellent - a major enhancement to your facility. Well managed.

We had some problems with the HVAC in our room (278). When it couldn't be fixed we were given a room next door (279). Room 279 had a very loud water sound which awoke us. It may have been due to people upstairs showering/flushing and the water rushing down the pipes. Not sure but, it wasn't worth another relocation. Everything else was wonderful.

The hotel staff are just amazing, the rooms are big and very clean, the hotel design makes you think you are in a nice hacienda.. Love the swimming pool!

A little noisy right next to a busy street. The breakfast line was so long we decided to go out for breakfast.

The price, the room, the location, the food, the service, the cleanliness, the staff, the value.

The bathroom fan was very noisy & it turned on with the light so it would wake up other person in the middle of the nite. The "happpy hour" setting because you couldn't sit outside because of the weather so it wasn't very "cozy & warm" & only one bartender so, very slow service. We ended up going to the 4th floor bar instead where we enjoyed the atmosphere a little better and a great drink that we paid for.....all okay!
