“ Using design formulas to construct visionary ideas to accommodate the small space by accessorizing with large decorative equipment to make the room look larger. The room design is so awesome and the designer needs to be complimented. ”

The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Boston. The Common is only a few minutes away, the tube across the road and beware the closeness of vast amounts of shops! Slightly smaller room than you would perhaps expect, but the location more than made up for this.

Staff, Location, Bathroom. Andrew on reception was a top guy. He went out of his way several times to help us out. He even offered to pay for something out of his own pocket after making a small error with a booking for the Red Sox game. Room a bit on the small side and TV was not in front of bed but in a cupboard at an angle

The people who work there honestly seemed to enjoy being there. They offered to help us with everything from delayed luggage to directions. I did not like that we had to leave!

Staff were great. Friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room, while small, was beautifully appointed and I liked the classical music that greeted us as we entered the room. The location was great - particularly for us since we are running the Boston Marathon and the hotel is right at the finish line! All these are niggles imho The standard room is extremely small. This is something I'm more accustomed to in Japan than in the USA. I thought the breakfast could have had a bit more choice (it was basically OJ, bagels, outmeal and coffee). How about some cereals? or bread/toast/croissants/muffins? The bar on the ground floor is noisy. It would probably suck to be in a room on the 2nd floor

I liked the extra touches this hotel provides its guests such as light and music on when I enter the room, white noise overnight and its convenience to the places I want to go in Boston. Rooms are small but have everythng you need for a stay of a week or a day. Some rooms are dark with no view and people can be noisy in hallways but I was not bothered by either of these things.

Staff, value, clean, comfy . Staff were great with lots of good info and willing to book anything they recommended .not luxury but I didn't visit Boston to spend time in hotel room so this was perfect for us . Will not consider another venue when we return. Coffee and tea available 24 Poor breakfast but at this price no comlaints when compared to price of other places that provided.

The staff were fantastic! Especially Teddy the barman. The design of the bathroom was a bit weird. If you stood square on to the wash basin you could only see your half face as the mirror was mounted too far to the left on the wall.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating. My room was upgraded and looked on to Boylston Street. Location is fabulous! No closet in the room so clothes had to stay in suitcase. Not a big deal, and the only thing I can think of as an answer to this question.

Brilliant location. Modern and clean. Most places walkable and subway station just across the road. Lovely rooms. Loads of tv channels. Really great place to stay in an amazing city. Would thoroughly recommend to friends. Breakfast basic although as expected as had been warned about this on hotel website. Addition of yogurts/cereals would make big difference.

Great location in back bay right by restaurants and shops of Newbury street. Staff helpful and friendly-we purchased trolley tour tickets which you can use for 7 days and gets you into the Boston Tea Party Museum for free The bed was a little bit small for two people but other than that the room was nice.

Incredible location right in the heart of Boylston Street, Copley Plaza etc. I thought I knew Copley Plaza well, but never noticed this tiny hotel right across from the Boston Public Library even though I probably passed it a thousand times. It's a fabulous place!!! Very cool and well-furnished room. Not spacious, but they use every inch of the place as cleverly as a well-designed yacht would do. I guess my only recommendation would be adding some protein to breakfast -- even if it's just yogurt, hard boiled eggs, or cheese. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very cozy room and no noise from outside. Great location downtown Boston. The staff was most helpful and friendly. Breakfast is meager and would have appreciated more variation. The TV had an echo on the speakers attached to the wall,
