Location is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable with good design and good equipment. Breakfast could be much better considering the room rate. |

The location is fantastic, minutes from shopping, Boston Common and close to Beacon Hill and Freedom Trail. Room was fairly small but modern and comfortable, with a lovely shower. Very happy with room 606, top floor and with half-decent views of the city. Breakfast basic, but for the location and price an added bonus. |

Nice bar & restaurant. Ok lounge. Great Internet and printing facilities. Non-friendly personnel (except bar). Pathetic room with a huge shelf and no chair. No desktop facility. |

Hotel was clean and location was very good. Breakfast included and as much bottled water as you want. The bed wasn't adequate for two adults. Very small and uncomfortable. |

Good position near Copley Square close to tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and lively bar. Very small rooms and bed for an American hotel. Very little hanging and storage space. No drink-making facilties in room - not even a kettle (but coffee/tea available in bar all day : not too useful first thing in the morning). Poor choice for breakfast - the worst of the complimentary breakfasts in four hotels in this trip |

Hotel location was very good. Safe and convenient. Attractive room. Great housekeeping service. Continental bkfst could have been better. Pretty much the same items each day. A queen bed would have been preferable over the double. No temp settings on the thermostat. Had to find right temp setting via trial and error. |

Pleasant staff, room well kept, Very accessible for local shops and to the centre of Boston by bus or subway. For younger or fitter people it is even a pleasant walk to the Common and places of interest around it. Could not find anything to fault |

The bartender was very pleasant so was the women who helped me turn on the TV! I was not given the room that I had booked. It was smaller but I was charged the price of the larger room. |

High floor rooms to the back of the hotel are very quiet. Complementary breakfast was good. The lighting in the room was dim which we did not like and is not suitable for clients who have visual impairments. |

Great location, right in the middle of Boston. Nicely decorated, clean rooms. A small breakfast was included, unlike in many other hotels in Boston. Beware of the rooms 106 and 107. We had the 107 for the first night and we didn't sleep nearly at all. Those rooms are located right next to bar, so if you don't want to party, ask another room. Plus, at least room 107 is really small. Luckily, the staff was very understanding and changed us to a more quiet and spacy room. |

Quality of room, excellent service and internet access. Superb location. We were on sixth floor which is also next to the rooftop which houses all the air conditioning apparatus - this was very noisy and did disrupt our sleep. if we had been staying longer we would have asked for a room on a different floor. |
