The location is great, and, for the area, the price was certainly the best. The hotel is fun, unique and different from cookie cutter hotels. The rooms aren't huge, but very well designed and offer more than enough space.

Many of the rooms on the lower levels (2 - 4) must have no view whatsoever. Even being on the 5th floor, the view was limited at best. The hotel definitely does not cater to families or children (which was not a problem for me).

The rooms were small but very well set up and it was an ideal location for shopping, eating, going out and seeing Boston. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great for the price in Boston. It was simple, easy to get to and fun.

It's not fancy but that's not what we were looking for. If you want big or fancy, this isn't the place for you.

I am so glad I chose to stay here - the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the price was great, it was in the perfect location - such a great area of Boston. I will stay here again - it was the perfect place to stay for my trip.

It's clean, super convenient, comfortable and inexpensive. The bar is friendly and brings in good Thai food. Staff are really nice.

1St floor rooms are a little odd, sort of like being in the basement.

I rarely have much to comment about reception staff, but here they were truly excellent. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Quiet from street noise, good heating, tv has free on-demand shows. For those interested, there is a decent bar in the lobby area.

Occasionally you can hear people walking on the wooden floor above. Noise from people in adjacent room could be heard. Not major problems, but it could be an issue in some cases. Overall happy with my many stays.

The only thing we didn't like was the wine-tasting event on the main floor, about which we were not informed, and which made leaving and returning to the hotel a bit overwhelming and inconvenient.

Clean, efficient rooms. Location was excellent, heart of the city.

Beds were a tad too small for me and my husband.

In the middle of town. Rooms were nice but not extraordinary. Slate bathroom was attractive. Decided to stay there last minute and got a great price on the room. For the price it was a fair deal. The receptionist, Claire, was nice and helpful. I did not interact with any other staff members.

The room had a sound system, but it did not work. I think this place was a great place to stay several years ago but they have not kept up with the years. It would not take much to put things right and it would be an great place to stay.
