ロケーションは抜群。地下鉄の駅からすぐ。近くのレストランも充実しています。部屋もこざっぱりしていて快- 適でした。簡単な朝食も付いてコストパフォー- マンスも納得のいくものでした。

部屋はちょっと狭いです。ベッドも二人ではかなり窮屈でした。冷蔵庫やクローゼットもなく、長期はキツイか- も。

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Due to Boston Marathon my airport shuttle could not get into street. Front desk made multiple calls to the shuttle company to organize pick up for me.

Great location and they do the simple things really well. I'd definitely recommend this to friends.

Located within walking distance of sights of downtown Boston, just round the corner from Boston's most exclusive shopping street, directly opposite Copley subway station. Nice bar downstairs and a good Thai restaurant next door. Free wi-fi. Helpful desk staff. Free coffee seemed to be available most of the day.

The Venetian blinds were not enough to block the morning sun. Also, my room (at the back) was a bit noisy when the trash was collected early in the morning.

The hotel has an excellent location. We stayed in a Queen room that has a good space and a nice view of Boylston St. The outstandig point of the hotel is the staff, very kind and helpful.

The only weak point was the absence of a refrigerator in the room.

Great friendly hotel in fantastic building in Back Bay area. Reception staff were very helpful, free continental breakfast was just what we needed.

The room and common areas were clean, inviting, and very well designed. The hotel's location is terrific - neighborhood has good shopping, restaurants, easy access to public transportation, and area is safe. Room was extremely functional and attractive - inventive design, great use of compact space. Continental breakfast was perfect, and we enjoyed the availability of newspapers (E.G., NYTimes and WSJournal) we have at home! Hotel staff was readily available, cordial, and helpful. We couldn't have been more pleased! Many thanks!

Hallways were alittle tight. Parking as was too expensive. $61 from 5pm to noon the next day.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Charlesmark Hotel. The rooms were small (as advertised) but very nice. It is in an excellent location in the center of Boston. We walked everywhere in the city...if you do prefer public transportation, the subway line is right across the street and very convenient. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Great value!
