日本のビジネスホテルと考えればよい。機能性、合理性をよく考えている。朝食無料、WiFi無料、水２本無- 料など、有り難かった。ローケーションは抜群でした。 場所柄しかたないかもしれませんが窓の外は煉瓦造りの古い壁が迫っていて息苦しい。ベッドのかぶり布団毛布- ではなくタオルケットみたいなモノで、寒く貧弱でした。 |

Locationは抜群です。朝食はセットになっていて簡単なベーグルですが十分です。バーもしゃれていて- UFO(ビール）もいいですよ。部屋は狭くバスタブなしでしたがそれほど苦にはなりませんでした。 |

The bathroom is beautiful, the bed is pretty comfortable, and the ambiance is relaxing. The location couldn't be better, and the price is unbeatable, especially for a nice hotel like this. Computers and printer are free to use, nice for flight check in. The tv was very annoying to use. |

The manager was flexible and allowed us to move rooms. It was close to a subway station and in a nice area. Printing facilities for guests are good. Some staff (not all) were pleasant and friendly. The decor is modern and appealing and the bathrooms are quite nice. Free WIFI throughout the hotel is very handy. The rooms are too small especially if you want to use them for business. There is a lack of light in the rooms especially over the beds. The hotel is noisy it seems on almost any floor. People in the bar area are very noisy until late and there is creaking pipes and water noises at times. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast is bland and boring. Some staff (not all) were unpleasant and quite rude. We arrived back late one night to get into our room and we were asked for ID in a most unpleasant fashion - surely giving our name should suffice. The way the hotel is marketed makes it sounds much better than it actually is and I guess that several people will be disappointed as a consequence. |

The hotel and room were well presented and clean. It was in a great location and we can't wait to visit again! Staff were friendly and happy to help and we even got 2 free birthday cocktails! Lovely! |

The location is fantastic, minutes from shopping, Boston Common and close to Beacon Hill and Freedom Trail. Room was fairly small but modern and comfortable, with a lovely shower. Very happy with room 606, top floor and with half-decent views of the city. Breakfast basic, but for the location and price an added bonus. |

Nice bar & restaurant. Ok lounge. Great Internet and printing facilities. Non-friendly personnel (except bar). Pathetic room with a huge shelf and no chair. No desktop facility. |

Good position near Copley Square close to tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and lively bar. Very small rooms and bed for an American hotel. Very little hanging and storage space. No drink-making facilties in room - not even a kettle (but coffee/tea available in bar all day : not too useful first thing in the morning). Poor choice for breakfast - the worst of the complimentary breakfasts in four hotels in this trip |
