Very clean room. Desk clerk very courteous. good to have refrigerator and micro in room
Just looking for a clean, inexpensive, comfortable place to sleep on our way from Mich. to Tx. and the Eagle Inn met our needs.
Huge potholes getting into the parking lot.
Not fancy but very clean, small but well appointed room, strong WiFi and very helpful staff. Right off the expressway with a good Mexican restaurant very close buy. We would certainly stay there again.
This is a single story property with parking in front of the rooms. The room was large and fairly quiet. There was some occasional road noise. But nothing too bad. The beds were basic double mattresses and firm. I did not sleep well due to the hardness. The pillows were good. The room was very clean except for several mosquitoes flying around. The a/c worked, but was slow to cool the room. The bathroom sink was in the main room and had good counter space. The shower had good water pressure, an adjustable shower head and a curved shower bar. Room extras include soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee maker (single cup style) and a hairdryer
I reserved a king room. But when I arrived, they told me they only had double beds left. Since I knew the other nearby hotel only had smoking rooms left, I took the room. The property is remote with a truck stop and a Mexican restaurant nearby. The beds only had a blanket that doubled as the bedspread. There were several mosquitoes flying around the room when I checked in. The a/c took a long time to cool the room. The wifi worked, but the speeds fluctuated a lot.
Our room was very nice and a great value for the money. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was a good size.
Our friends bed ...there was a long dark hair on the sheets and the sheets and the blanket had holes in it. Ours was very fresh and nice. They were our guests and we felt bad about their room. We came in late so they were too tired to complain .
proximity to expressway
Comfortable bed and good shower.
Bring tour own soap because soap bars are tiny. Driveway full of potholes.
The room was clean, & comfortable. Everything worked, the wifi was excellent, loved the small town feel of the place. The housekeeping lady, Christie was very sweet & thumbs up to her for a job well done. Overall, very satisfied with the facility.
The aircon could use an upgrade. It took a long time to cool down the place when we first entered the room. No big deal though coz everything else was good. Some of the management we found to be unfriendly & discourteous, but the young man who first attended to us was decent.
Night mgr was ace. Very accommodating & helpful. Hotel appears to have been recently updated. Its not the prettiest looking thing outside but its MUCH better than the run-of-the-mill road motel.
The staff is locked into their office and the guests must wait outside until one of them finally wakes up and tends to the guests.
Peaceful an quiet. We also had resturants close by an we enjoyed the food. Our visit was actually for Lambert's in Sikeston. Therefore we got to visit Boomland an many other spots. It was a good place to stay for a weekend visit.
Everything was up to par. There wasnt anything we didnt like! I also give them a 7.5 rating. Thanks for a relaxing visit.
The room smelled awful. I used febreeze to try to help but nothing helped.
The room was clean, had everything we needed and the price was very affordable. Wasn't expecting a coffee pot but was very happy it was there!
Had a strange smell when we first went in the room but after turning on the a/c it went away.
A FANTASTIC motel - spotless, beautifully presented room, brilliant value for money & a gym next door -probably the best motel we have stayed in for the past 6 weeks while we've been travelling the USA
Needed more blankets and pillows in room
owners have tried very hard to make rooms very nice, lovely large bathroom, rooms well kept. quiet place to stay. I would stay there again.
outside property itself a little run down. I say that without judgement, I myself am a business owner and sometimes you must let some things slide a little to maintain, more important, other things.
Hotel looked brand new and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
It was a clean room.
Walls were thin, we could hear the tv from next door all night long and the water heater was loud.
Everything was OK, not fancy, not over priced, clean, a good stop over motel.
No coffee or morning breakfast, small pillows, cramped rooms.
I liked the peacefulness of the room. Wasn't bothered by the staff.
The freezer defrosting in the middle of the night leaking water everywhere
