It's has three places to eat with in walking distance. Cracker barrel, waffle house, and ichiban. Four if you count the Exxon grill.
Housekeeping could have had better attitudes but other then that was fine.
The place looked a little run down
Free shuttle to airport, car parked with minimal cost, nice hotel, pleasant staff-overall a great start to a long trip.
Not their fault, but we left too early for breakfast.
Location close to the airport
Old, breakfast no options and poor quality, noise all around
it was very handy to the airport the shuttle was slow but good
Nice staff and room. More than great for this price.
the staff was very friendly and helpful
their was hair on the nightstand and in the bathroom. the sheets were stained, the coffee pot still had an old coffee filter with coffee in it. Also, bathroom was not clean and the halls smelled like smoke, even though we had a non-smoking room. If it weren't for the staff we would have gone elsewhere. The room was dirty and needed upgrading. We will NOT be staying there again.
Dirty hallway, entrance. Shabby breakfast area, poor breakfast.
Cleanliness. Customer service
No micro fridge. Place needed an upgrade. Breakfast wasn't extensive. Pastries and waffles.
Close to airport Next to Waffle House
Rooms were outdated
When we checked in, we had booked our room with Booking.com. However, the hotel didn't have our reservation. However, they worked to get our room rate down to the rate we had with Booking.com for the same room we had booked. Breakfast bar was good and the hours the breakfast bar was open was longer than at most hotels. We received very good value for our money.
tv worked on and off, stained carpets, no fridge or microwave in room, side door to parking lot not always locked, sink did not drain, old and out of date facilities
location near airport and Park and Go car depot. Entry access was nice and handy too. The torrential rains were a challenge, but side door entry was nice!
Signage to entrance was too tricky, we missed the drive entry, and our visiting friend from Charlotte missed it twice- could do better we think! No wakeup call from the desk was a bummer, thanks for cell phone apps to alarm us for our flight.
Clean and comfortable room after a long day of travel.
Bed (in my opinion) was super comfortable. And breakfast was good too.
Everything was great!
It was clean, and the staff was friendly. Good beds, and good AC
Breakfast was not very good, but that is like it is on most hotels in the us
I'm constantly in and out of hotels. The beds are just right, soft sheets and lots of pillows. Some of the best sleep I've had at a hotel. The hotels is very quiet too. Also ichiban buffet next door or Waffle House (very clean and not bad) across the street.
The worst hotel coffee I ever had. Hands down. It tasted like soap. My husband and I threw both cups out after a sips.
Location to airport Wifi was excellent Clean and tidy Staff were resonably helpfull.
Waiting for transit from airport to Hotel was waiting 30-40mins from calling them. No Restaurant, No Bar. They could not locate the company Credit Card Details had to pay with own card depsite notifying them that company was paying.
Bed bugs bit me during my stay. I was not aware that the bites were bed bugs because I never experienced that until I got home and my doctor told me what it was.
We needed a one night stay that wouldn't break the bank. La Quinta was clean, the staff were nice, and there was free breakfast and wifi.
There was kind of a funky smell in the hallway when we arrived, although our room was clean and smelled nice.
Pleasant stay. Clean. Quiet.
Parking lot was full by 10 pm
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate us for a late checkout and they seemed to remember our faces and room number. I love that there is no pet fee. We will stay at last Quinta again for this fact, because we always travel with our dog.
Breakfast was just average
The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. The location was good.
The rooms are a little out dated, no small refrigerator in the room.
No parking they had semis all over buses all over no one checked parking for handicapped people. We had a handicapped person and had to park away from the hotel which was a major pain. We had prositutes in the parking lot when we showed up. When checking end the guy at the desk didnt look at what i reserved and gave away our handicap room and had to change the next day. I even called the morning before to confirm we had our handicap room
The parking was a joke to have to drive away from hotel to park then the staff was not helpful after you checked in it was like we got your money now done with you
