Good hotel convenient location with very comfortable beds.
messy getting free wifi. Very noisy on several nights but that's the fault of the other guests. Also thought it overpriced.
It is very convenient for uptown festivities. Walking is you best advice for traveling through uptown.....driving is not advised.
The bathroom lighting is very poor. I would compare it to the 90's versions of bathroom lighting. ..dim and low light.
Great location. Friendly staff.
You needed more parking attendants. The room could have been refreshed. I expected more for the money v
Very nice, clean room. The hotels restaurants made grabbing a quick dinner very easy. Breakfast was delicious.
Wifi was not free.
Your ability to communicate with Marriott as they had trouble finding my reservation.
Close to everything, the Champion restaurant was very nice, service was excellent and was as well.
The people next to us stayed up all night.
Quietness. Really nice rooms
Excellent recommendation for dinner at check-in.
My husband and I were celebrating our 10th anniversary with, dinner, concert, and overnight stay in Charlotte. I located and made the reservation with your front desk, requesting a king size bed. Upon our arrival, I was told there were none available, even though a king bed was listed on my reservation. We were disappointed. The cost of the room was an extravagant price for us, and we felt unfairly handled.
The beds were amazing, very comfortable.
I did not like having to pay for parking in the hotel when I was already paying to stay there and no one told me how much it was. I was shocked to see the charge on my bill at check out. Also there were charges for the Wi-Fi. I have stayed at less expensive hotels & not had to pay for the service. It just seemed as if the hotel wanted to charge for every thing.

OLD and Need Renovation Smelly Room
Missed wake up call Did not restock toiletries Internet expense leaky ceiling! terrible noise leve expensive garage need I say more? (I could)
The beds, parking key card system, and the friendly staff.
Our bathroom was a tad musty.
I liked the valet people!
The beds were hard, we arranged for a King but got double beds (I booked a King but the order came through as either so they weren't able to accommodate us), there was no fan in the bathroom so the re was no place for steam, the mirror was wrapped in something but the steam made it peel off. If we had to stay longer than one night, we would have made arrangements for another hotel. We certainly didn't get $269 worth for a night in a Marriota and we always try to stay in Marriotts!!!
Within walking distance for all things uptown. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Wish the double beds had been queen-sized. Slept in separate bed from my spouse.
Traveled alone, stayed for a night- didn't have anything with me. The hotel provided me with Paul Michel shampoo, condition (that's what I usually use anyway) and even gave me toothpaste with a travel size toothbrush... For such a unprepared traveller who didn't have anything with me- it was heaven. Comparing to people from NYC where I came from NC stuff was unbelievably nice. Live Charlotte and Marriott
The location, facility and hotel staff were all outstanding.
My original booking price for three days was $807. With two daysof internet service and daily taxes it actually came to $950. There is no shuttle service to the airport. With taxi fees and tips it cost me $60 just to go from and back to the airport.
Good location, nice rooms
Avoid odd number rooms, they are on the front side of the building with loud clubs and a noisy street. On the Saturday night I wasvtyere it was noisy until 3:00 am with loud music and people yelling and partying. Sunday night was much quieter.
Very easy to get to. Convenient location to many things to downtown.
$20 a day charge for parking. $10 a day charge for WiFi in your room.
The service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
No refrigerator in the room. I had to request it.
curtains couldnt be closed to keep light out and my view was terrible
It is in city center
Hotel was clean and comfortable
Management Staff was rude and demeaning
Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was very nice and comfortable, just a little on the small side.
Was not aware we would be charged for parking $18 self, Park $24 valet.
