good quality well maintained property with excellent facilities and nice touches such as free bicycle, bbq and fishing rod use. Would return in a heartbeat. No lifts and potentially 3 flights of stairs to drag your luggage up.

We love the location of the Charter Club, the pool and the tiki bar and how close it is to down town. I was disappointed in how noisy it is when staying in unit 11c. The traffic is just too loud being so close to the roads that we felt we could not keep our door open to enjoy the nice weather. I feel these units should be priced cheaper than the other units.

Friendly staff Good food at the bar Large, clean, well-appointed accommodation Central location value for money Pool was a little small. Expected larger from the website pictures. Bit noisy trying to sleep - think it may have been next door air con.

The condos were very generous spacewise, with a tv in every room. The swimming pool was very nice. There were restaurants within walking distance. The beach was only a 20 minute walk away.

Location is perfect, units are very well equipped, with lots of room for the whole family. We traveled with 2 small children and the 2 bedroom unit was perfect! Beach is within walking distance, the neighborhood is beautiful-old Naples- and very quiet. It seems that there were not enough parking spots for the hotel guests and at night it was difficult to find a spot. And this is during low season!

Größe und Ausstattung des gebuchten Zimmers, ausreichen kostenlose Parkplätze, excellentes Wlan gegen Gebühr $ 30.-/Woche Zimmerservice (tägl.Reinigung etc.nur gegen zusätzl. Gebühr - nicht billig), keine Aufzüge, durch Fliegengitter vor allen Fenster und Balkonen ziemlich dunkel.

La atención de todo el personal es excelente. Todo el complejo es muy lindo y cuidado. El depertamento es muy confortable, muy bien equipado y con delicados detalles. Altamente recomendable. Deberían hacer alguna rampa, tanto para personas con mo0vilidad reducido con para los carritos de bebes.

Een fantastisch resort waar service en klantvriendellijkheid bovenaan staan. Uitsekend verzorgd appartement in een rustige omgeving. Niet voor alles een auto nodig. Het strand, winkels en restaurants zijn op loo/fietsafstand. Prachtig gelegen aan de haven met uitzicht over het meer.

Een prachtig luxe appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het complex heeft geen lift. Speciaal gevraagd een app. op de begane grond, kregen een app. op de bovenste etage, 3 trappen op. Het zwembad was ook veel te klein voor 33 appartementen. Er mochten niet meer dan 10 mensen tegelijk in.

I loved the space in the 2 bedroom, 2 full bath and full kitchen condo with a huge lanai that ran the length of the condo. We also cooked out on the grill by the pool and the Tiki bar. Free bikes, DVD's and videos, fishing gear, beach towels.....you really cannot beat it. And no extra charge for up to six persons. (Sleeper sofa in living room). Water and dryer too. Views of Naples Bay.

Very well maintained and clean. Very spacious suite with washer/dryer and dishwasher, furnished to a high standard. Well equipped kitchen and large balcony with chairs, table and lounger. Useful welcome pack for washing up, dishwashing and laundry. Although pool area isn't large, it was never crowded when we went to swim and fabulous bay views, we saw dolphins one day. No problem parking despite being peak season (Christmas). Location great with old town and beach being only a few blocks away.
