Chocolate Covered strawberries and champagne service. Staff was very friendly. Bed comfortable. NO HOT WATER! Handicapped accessible room felt very cold / sterile. Analog signal an Hdtv with only 19 channels. Not sure what surround sound is for? We were there on our anniversary and was just disappointedtthat we received a partial credit to be used as a gift certificate on a future visit. I feel that we deserve a free room on a future visit with this fiasco. We've stayed there twice before and loved it but now I don't know if we'll be back.

We really like the atmosphere and the in room jacuzzi is the best! We were disappointed in our couples massage! I have had several massages, but this was the first time getting a massage at the Chateau. The experience just didn't rate even close to previous massages I've had. :-(

They have themed rooms so it makes you feel as if you are really in a unique place. It has very quiet, private quarters with lush mattresses, sheets and comforters. The hot tub in the room is also a very nice amenity and breakfast delivered to your room at the time you specify. This was our second stay at Chateau Avalon and everything was very good as it was the first time 3 years ago, however this time our breakfast was not as hot as it should have been. We could have returned it to be corrected and I'm sure the staff would have tended to it quickly but we didn't take the time to do it.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were wonderful, reasonably priced and very comfortable. As a hotel inspector (in another state), I found nothing wrong with the hotel room. No dust, the tub was clean and well maintained, the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate. Great experience, thanks for the stay.

Great place to get away and be with your spouse . Totally focused on couples to have a romantic evening. Really great water fountain - impressive. Loved the breakfast brought to your room. Few small maintenance items that I had to report to the front desk. The hotel does not have a full-service restaurant on site, but many places within a five minute drive. Registration is located on the main floor - lots of steps to get to it - later on we found out that an elevator is located on the side entrance (but no sign). Really need to make folks aware of the elevator with some type of sign!

Loved the Tuscan room!! Friendliness of staff was excellent! The breakfast wasn't the best but was ok. Loved the beauty and location!!! Definitely stay again!!! Food could have been a little better/-did love that it was included and served in room!!!

The grounds were very pretty...Our room was okay...It was close to a casino and shopping. It was easy to get to from the city...The breakfasts were good and the coffee was delicious. The noise level was non-invasive... We are an older couple..this was our first visit and did not know what to expect...The lighting in the room was not sufficient and we had a difficult time getting into the tub (my husband has two replaced knees). Maybe in the future, a different room would be available..

The breakfast was good. The room smelled as soon as we walked in. There was no theme to our room. It felt like a normal hotel room and did not live up to any of the expectations that we had. Our friends highly recommended the Chateau after staying there several times themselves and after hearing that our room was extremely small, the tv radio/alarm were from the stone age, and that there were bugs coming out of jacuzzi tub when we turned it on they said that they never had anything bad like that. It was not worth the price that we paid to just stay at a normal hotel room. I could have stayed somewhere else for considerably less.
