Well located, comfortable
close to the action but far enough not to be noisy..convienient to the Canal Streetcar
This hotel was a great place to stay! Not only was the staff SUPER friendly and let us keep our bags there until our room was ready, but they will bend over backwards to make you happy. The rooms are spacious and modern and well appointed. Bathrooms are very nice and the view of a nice courtyard is awesome. The coffee/breakfast cafe in the hotel is very nice and offers great service and great food with coffee. It is close enough to Bourbon (literally a block) but far enough away to where you can sleep in peace but still be close enough to the action.
The hotel can be a maze finding your way around, but this is very miniscule.
The room was gorgeous with a superb bed and soft sheets. The design was something out of a magazine. It was tres chic.
The climate control had 2 speeds: lukewarm or frozen tundra.
Location was excellent, an oasis in the French quarter. Door opened out onto the pool area, complete with pool bar and pool menu. Staff extremely accommodating and professional.
nothing to dislike
People in the Batch and Valet service were top rate. We enjoyed our stay
Powdered sugar people were not interested in giving any service.
Enjoyed my stay and great location to everything. Didn't have to use my car, I walked everywhere
The location was excellent ,had a Bourbon street balcony right on the corner......loved the service. Adrienne and the bell man Vincent were the best......we will be back
Did the booking Friday morning threw booking .com arrived at the hotel Sunday afternoon and my reservation was not in the system???? first and last time
Everything was wonderful.
There wasn't a microwave in the room.
The room I stayed in had the pool and bar at the back door of room as soon as you step out.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful Property was clean and the building was in great condition
The pool was closed for repairs. I was only there for 1 night - and had lots of choices - but one main reason I chose the Hyatt because I wanted to use the pool. They offered an alternative, but would have had to walk several blocks and cross Canal Blvd, and I didn't want to do that. Parking rates are too high! $42/night is too high when parking lots on the same corner are only $25.
Great location right off Bourbon.
Not great late night room service menu.
Loved the large balcony and high ceilings
Coffee pot was broken in the room and also only had decaf coffee in the room
This hotel exceeded my expectations. We got a room with 2 queen beds and an L-shaped couch. We were able to fit 6 girls comfortably! the room was soo enormous we could have fit at least 4 roll away beds in there also. The location is so perfect, right around the corner from bourbon st. Far enough away from the craziness but close enough to walk and join the fun. The beds were great also! There's is also two places to eat downstairs if you don't want to go far. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to NOLA! :)
for the rooms being as large as they are, i was a little disappointed that they wouldn't allow at least one roll away bed.
I loved the contemporary design of the Hyatt lobby floor as well as the rooms - everything within walking distance - able to take a short cut through the Hard Rock Café - close to CVS to purchase items left at home .....
Slight smell in the hotel room - unable to determine where it was coming from.....
Location, staff, clean
No free room wifi for price. Ridiculous.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great.
They charged for everything. Internet was extra. The shuttle. When you ordered room service there was a charge on the bill for delivery that was 20 percent of the bill and then I tipped the person not seeing this on the bill so it was very expensive. The bathroom did not have a ceiling fan so this was causing some issues with the paint and mold.
nice, comfortable room and contemporary design
Very clean, great staff & very accommodating
location, room size,
internet in the room very expensive usd 15/day, parking over usd 40/day is too much !!! por quality of the breakfast not include in the rate.
Staff was wonderful - upon check-in I was advised my standard king room had been upgraded to a suite. The room was incredible - comfortable, spacious and quiet. Great location close to Bourbon street. Their Powdered Sugar restaurant was great for breakfast and had wonderful cannolis!! Staff couldn't have been friendlier. Will definitely stay on my next trip to NOLA!
The rooms were very spacious. Have stayed in a lot of hotels in the French Quarter and one of the complaints is such a small room. It was a very nice room.
The noise level on the street. I would choose a room not facing Bienville. A room with quieter noise level would be awesome.
The staff is very serviceminded, talkative and charming. The hotel lobby area is stylish and has a variation of sofa groups, a coffee shop and free wifi.
My room was close to Bourbon Street, extra isolated, but still a bit noisy until 2am. Ask for a room towards Dauphine St or the courtyards.
The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the place and location everything was excellent
