we loved the excellent beds, and cleanliness. at little bit outside the center of town, but very quiet and very close to the beaches, convenient parking
Everything..The room was spotless, bedding was sumptuous, landscaping georgeous and the staff were so welcoming. It"s location was excellent and it had a lovely outdoor pool. The owners have paid such attention to detail. we loved our stay and we definitely will be going back there.
you took pets the staff was very nice and helpful
the room was old and needed some updates. The bathtub drain was clogged.
Location was convenient to downtown but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The renovations are top notch. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful.
Our stay was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great breakfast food. Soothing pool and garden area.
Great feel to the place although was quiet in off-season. Pool area looked good although we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was good and tip is to go and fet it and eat on your terrace.
A few small things are a little tired around the edges
Very clean, bright and big......the grounds were beautiful. Staff was great....I would definitely go again
That we couldn't stay longer......had to return to work....seriously, this is a great place to stay
Have never been at a place where EVERY staff member was kind and caring. I mentioned I had forgotten beach chairs and they lent my son and me two brand new high quality beach chairs! they could not do enough for all their gues
Staff very good - always cheerful and helpful. Breakfast although limited good quality.
No desk for laptop in room. Not much seating space at breakfast bar.
Great location that was a short walk to Victor's Restaurant, a must if you're in p-town, and then a bit of a longer stroll to the craziness of Commercial St. This means that all the noise and people are not far when you want them but easily left behind when you're ready to turn in at night. Also, I cannot stress enough the breakfast served in the main office each morning was probably one of the best I've seen. The danishes were to die for and the croissants were buttery, flaky heaven. Presentation may have been lacking but it still was a very good way to start the day.
Walking up the hill to the hotel after a long stroll heavy with drink and food. Gasp!
The staff were very helpful & friendly. Peter & Pat made our stay wonderful. Christina, the massage therapist, gave the best massage ever! The rooms could use a little updating, especially the bathrooms, but we would stay there again without any updates! We highly recommend this place!
Friendly staff, great breakfast, spacious room, easy to walk into town or beach.
AC was too loud to leave running at night, couldn't sleep.
Great location for walking around the salt marsh and rock jetty, quiet location, very helpful staff. Pretty pool setting.
No bar/restaurant on premisis - would be nice if they just sold beer/wine.
Perfect location, room, pool and all round experience!
We enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, the grounds were very well kept, the staff was very attentive and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back again.
Service was impeccable !
Recently renovated rooms are great and as always the staff are so nice. new pool loungers too !
Wi fi has poor connectivity and kept losing connection which was frustrating as I had work to do
The location, staff and attention to detail were outstanding.
The room while spacious was just basic. The bathroom had a 70's feel to it with paint peeling above the shower head an indicator of poor ventilation. The cable tv was difficult to use and had no channel listing.
Friendly staff, great location, facility was very nice (well maintained) & great daily continental b'fast! Highly recommend!
Nice walk to town. Close walk to bike rental. Staff was very friendly
Bathroom needed updating Curtains were missing you could still see the hooks
Staff and facilities were outstanding. Rooms were newly renovated and extremely well designed. Nice shuttle into town and close to Race Point beaches. First time staying in this part of town and would return here again rather than stay at a guest house in town. Breakfast was served in the lobby and it was more than adequate. Nice pool area out back and a fire pit for relaxing in the evening. Only thing that would make this better would be for a wine and cheese hour in the evenings. I would like to be there for the sunset rather than having to travel into town every night. Lots of families but the noise level was low and everyone was friendly.
Bed was a little hard so my suggestion would be to put foam toppers on like the chain hotels. Other than that I would change nothing.
newly renovated rooms. Comfortable beds cleanliness away from heart of city staff all friendly and helpful
They had to drain the pool the days I was there, so I was unable to use
My boyfriend and I were circumnavigating the Cape in our 22 foot Grady White and chose here to spend the night. We were able to anchor right off the Red Inn and then walk a short way uo the hill to The Seaglass. It's so mellow, each detail thought through and an easy cab ride or bike ride to the middle of tow. We had a drink on the deck of the Red Inn an there was a rainbow! It was beautiful. The next morning we had to get up and finish the quest but not before a delicious continental breakfast of fresh baked muffins, hard boiled eggs, croissants and a huge choice that took into account even diet - from vegan to gluten free to anything goes! We are definitely going back!
Friendly staff, great amenities, walking distance to town for shopping and restaurants. Heated pool for hanging out in either sun or shade
Room sizes where good, breakfast was average. Pool area was clean and uncrowded. Cakes during the day. Good parking and away from the main centre.
Lack of a bar - only water, tea and coffee. Mowing the lawns and strimming the grass was very noisy and went on for 3 hours forcing us to leave the pool area. Bath tubs very small but that is the same in all US hotels.
