Excellent location. Clean room and big. Great off season rates. We stayed here two years ago and we'll definitely be back.
Nothing really. Very comfortable. No complaints and very affordable.
Room was excellent value. Comfortable bed, big space, Only $112 per night.
No iron or ironing board in room
Electricity was a problem when we first arrived but it was fixed promptly.
Comfortable but bathroom was dated.
Low rate and was able to stay only one night over Columbus Day weekend. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Lamp in room was broken so lighting was poor when getting ready for wedding.
Spacious size of room, set back from street in leafy setting. Very clean and well presented. Wi Fi, coffee maker and fridge. Plenty of on site parking.
Room smelt like bleach. Bed was firm to hard. TV was very tiny. Hairdryer was temperamental and only worked when it wanted to.
Good value. Nearby to Chatham and great breakfast suggestions from concierge. Free parking on site. Comfortable amenities (fridge in room). Overall, happy.
Doesn't include breakfast.
Breakfast @ Chatham cookware was awesome & very quaint, great muffins, & breakfast sandwiches !!! Owner was there & so helpful
Can not think of a thing !!
Comfortable beds convenient location.
Tv old, decor outdated, deceptive ads make it look better than, the room looks.
Good value for Chatham. Close by our destination. Friendly front desk.
Sheets were scratchy. Towels were VERY worn. Shades were bent and didn't provide adequate privacy.
It was clean and quite airy. Located on the main road into Chatham.
Noisy fridge in room. Broken hair dryer, breakfast not included.
If you are looking to stay in Chatham, this is a great place at a very reasonable price... a great value overall! Updates to the rooms give it a more current feel vs. other classic Cape motels. The trees on the grounds make it feel serene and homey, and the staff is very friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.
Bathrooms are bit dated, and there are not a lot of extra amenities but if you don't need them it may not matter.
Traffic noise. Poorly insulated we could hear neighbors walking around their rooms. Ac barely worked and the noise it made could wake the dead. The cable was spotty you need to wait 5 min for it to actually "kick in"
Room was needing a coat of paint, sink didn't drain, had to wait for it to drain for about 30 mins. each time you turned on faucet and the shower was barely a drip of water. Room had cracks in walls and really not well cared for. Bed ok, tv really old.
Good bed. Clean. Plenty of hot water.
Old style commode too low for seniors. Old style, small toilet seat. No kleenex box. No TV channel guide. No plastic liner for ice bucket. Grounds were scruffy. WiFi throughput rate slow. Owner was unaware of where the local 43rd annual Festival of the Arts was being held and proclaimed he didn't get too involved with that stuff. Over priced.
The hotel was very pleasant. It was quiet and clean, with nice grounds and a pool. Our room seemed newly redecorated, and it had an airy beach vibe. We were very comfortable and also happy with the location. A nice beach is less than a mile walk away and you are a short drive from the town center for restaurants and shops.
Pool and garden area were beautiful. Short drive to downtown and restaurants.
Bathroom could use renovating. Would go elsewhere for money we spent.
Clean rooms, friendly manager.
It is a normal motel, but the price was high. Maybe because it was weekend and high season, but we spent several days in Cape Cod and we thought, it was more expansive, that comparable motels.
Clean, neat, comflortable, quiet, close to local restaurants, bike path; easy drive/ride to Chatham. The clean, well kept, heated pool was a nice extra.
Can't think of anything
Room was a good size, clean and well maintained. Although right on Route 28, it was very quiet. The pool area was nice with picnic tables and grills for vacationers to use.
This place was the worst value proposition I have ever seen. Bugs, poor towels, unredone, smoke alarms going off. I would NEVER recommend!
Relaxed atmosphere.. Very clean and comfortable.
bath needs updating...I don't mind spending the $$$ but want an updated room...floor was dirty...screen was broken and there was a strong smell of chlorine in the room
Clean, comfortable, easy and beds were awesome
Toilet seat was loose, shower head was a bit yucky, Venetian blind slat fell off in my hand, we put it back up.
They room provided everything I needed.
The floors were very slippery regardless of what shoes I wore. I had to go barefoot in the room
Housekeeping lady was very friendly.
Windows couldn'be closed unless you used a wooden stick. One of the sticks fell on the foot of my wife. This was disappointing, considering the price of the motel
