Breakfast was surprisingly good. And any and all staff never hesitate to help
The location, no balcony, size of the rooms, 2 different fire alarms in the midfle of the night, not able to open windows
Typical nice Marriott. You are a good distance from the aquarium and the downtown river area.
The fire alarm went off 4 times with an evacuation at 2am. No explanation. Really horrible night of rest.
I liked the location of the hotel close to the attractions and dining. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and quite. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and I will stay here again.
Mold on shower curtain, popcorn under footstool, had to unplug clock/radio because of noise it made from some sort of interference, bed sunk in middle and was not comfortable
Very comfortable bed, shower was perfect for my tall husband, we are active people and right out the front door were bike rentals,we were in walking distance from lots of things to see and do.
We only had time to spend one night there.
Easy to get to. Really amazing staff. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pretty close to downtown.
Walls not as soundproofed as they claim.
The staff is amazing. Love staying here just because of them.
Horrible sheets. The air conditioning didn't work and the room was dirty. It would take a lot for us to return.
The rooms were small for the price.
The Hotel is within walking distance of the Market, Aquarium, Convention Center and all the sites downtown.
I reserved a King away from the elevator online with your company. We arrived around 4pm and was told that they only had queen with two beds. I told them I had reserved a King. He advised that sometimes the "online reservations" don't communicate with their system. I accepted the queen bed room and when we got to the 7th floor found the floor had wrappers on it, hair on the pillow case and turned down section of the sheet and it was right beside the elevator. I called the front desk and complained, they suddenly found a King room away from the elevator on the 15th floor.
Everyone was friendly from valet parker, front desk, to waitress.
The bathrooms were a little small. The toilet was very loud.
Everything was great
Excellent location, comfortable bed, clean room
Unfriendly and unresponsive staff, especially front desk; pool areas were dirty, no coffee in room, few amenities, no free wi-fi in room.
My entire experience was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and the location was perfect.
I have no complaints at all.
Hotel rooms seem dingy; especially bathrooms. Mold on shower curtain, dirty grout on bathroom floor/baseboards, dust on top of headboards, etc. In general, it didn't have a clean look or feel.
The staff were extremely helpful. The valet/bellhop guys were absolutely the best. They remembered us by name and treated us well. While we were out shopping we told everyone how impressed we were with the Marriott. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks for making our stay in Chattanooga, TN such a pleasure. Shari and Ann
All the staff were very accomadating for my handicapped mother. We were very pleased with our stay and when we come back we plan to stay there.
staff excellent. good location. valet parking very convenient.
excellent location and helpful staff.
Room lacked amenities such as a fridge. Tv was small and lighting in bathroom was insufficient. Too expensive in my opinion
Most of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good.
The late night partying/noise from the college kids there for a gymnastics tournament. I did not sleep for two nights. Left a day early and returned home so that we could get some sleep. We were refunded for for one night. Should have been refunded for both nights. The food in the hotel restaurant, except for the breakfast buffet, which is over priced, was terrible. We spent $50.00 on dinner the second night, and got two frozen patty hamburgers, soggy fried fish and cold french fries. My 11 year old did not get to swim while there. Both evenings the very small indoor pool was jam packed with scantly clothed college kids. He was very disappointed. The sauna in the men's locker room was broken and the hot tub was broken. Again, a very disappointed 11 year old. We liked Chattanooga, enjoyed the aquarium, Ruby Falls, and Rock City, but our hotel expeirnce put a damper on the whole trip. We will not stay in this hotel again.
Close to restaurants and attractions.
Parking deck was confusing, only 4 elevators and though this seems like enough but when lots of things are going on at the conference center these elevators are slow for the amount of people waiting to get to and from rooms
Easy access to shuttle
Very courteous and helpful staff.
Nothing comes to mind.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself looked extremely nice.
I asked for a king bed room on booking, and was given 2 double beds. My husband and I had to sleep in seperate beds. The mattresses were extremely too soft for my taste, it felt like i sunk in.
