Facilities in general were good and convenient. Golf was not serious but OK fopr change of pace. Layout could be improved but considering the space, OK

Absence of sand at beach -- could be improved even if only as launching place for snorkeling. Lagoon also needs more flow through through. Hard to figure why they haven' come up with a better solution to sewage treatment than plant at entrance.

Beautiful grounds, absolutely immaculate, facilities were all readily available (golf, kayaks, loungers by pool, bikes, tennis courts). Staff were very friendly and helpful. A fantastic place to stay!

Nothing we didn't like - it's a fabulous place to stay - but we would have appreciated it if coffee had been available all day rather than just between 7-9 in the mornings, esp since coffee making facilities in the room didn't include milk or creamer.

The relaxing surroundings and the feeling of just existing to enjoy the surrounding of the grounds which were beautiful. The restaurant personnel were very helpful because I am allergic to many foods, herbs, etc. They checked with the chef and said we could give you something in place of the allergic food and went out of their way to please me and make my meal a pleasant occasion.

One thing was very upsetting. We were there for only one night which was my mistake. I only wish it was at least 2 or 3 nights. Anyway, one of the curtains on the tub on the balcony was missing and the curtain that was there, the zipper didn't work. Based on the location of the room, we had to have the curtains for privacy. We called once and mentioned it and was told someone will be there. 45 minutes later, no one so I called again and got another person who said the maintenance man was busy with another party but he was now coming to our room. After another 45 minutes I called again and said to call me back within 5 minutes and tell me the status of the maintenance man. She called back and said he is on his way. Soon after this 3rd time, he came with the curtains and we were able to take a bath and then had to rush to make our dinner reservation. We are retired people who worked hard for our money and were taken back with this incident. And the second time I even went down to the desk to ask were is the man.

great staff and great food at all restaurant outlets .

tub stopper did not work , in room refrigerator did not work , had to step over a puddle of water every time I used the elevator .

Everything was perfect, from the time we arrived until we departed! My girls and I felt totally taken care of, a truly relaxing getaway

Staff at registration desk not specially kind. Restaurants overpriced for the quality provided. Beach on this spot of the Keys not very spectacular.

The grounds were beautiful. Lots of amenities and things to do without leaving the resort.

Facilities were exceptional. Kids had plenty of activities and was centrally located.

Could not get the temperature in room comfortable. Temperature of 66-68 is too cold for us at night!

Safe didnt work in the room. the door to our room wouldn't open easily. They say check in is at 4 yet dont have the staff to accomodate a quick check in. Leaving.

Everything was superb, one of the most beautiful resort designs in my opinion.

Prices of restaurant entries were higher than local area resort and restaurants. Quality of food entries was excellent.

Great room. Everything emaculate. Grounds lovely. Plenty of comfortable spots to relax with Ocean views.

Some staff members were not up to par.
