Everything was perfect, from the time we arrived until we departed! My girls and I felt totally taken care of, a truly relaxing getaway

Staff at registration desk not specially kind. Restaurants overpriced for the quality provided. Beach on this spot of the Keys not very spectacular.

Extremely noisy in our room and the beds were very soft

The grounds were beautiful. Lots of amenities and things to do without leaving the resort.

Facilities were exceptional. Kids had plenty of activities and was centrally located.

Liked the atmosphere, tropical, Carribbean feel, staff very friendly. Rooms nicely appointed.

Could not get the temperature in room comfortable. Temperature of 66-68 is too cold for us at night!

The hours the recreation was open. If you are paying the fee you should be able to use it longer.

Safe didnt work in the room. the door to our room wouldn't open easily. They say check in is at 4 yet dont have the staff to accomodate a quick check in. Leaving.

Everything was superb, one of the most beautiful resort designs in my opinion.

Prices of restaurant entries were higher than local area resort and restaurants. Quality of food entries was excellent.

Great room. Everything emaculate. Grounds lovely. Plenty of comfortable spots to relax with Ocean views.

Some staff members were not up to par.

Young hostess of the restaurant was a bit hostile. There were clearly tables available and she couldn't manage even though we had a rservation she said sorry sushi bar only. We had to show here open tables. Otherwise the charge for bikes is a bit high when paying over 1,000 per night ....

they need to have lighted walk ways to main building from golf course rooms ect

Great for all ages and family reunions. Had a wonderful thanksgiving weekend and there was something for everyone. All nine of us!

Would have liked a lounge/reading chair in balcony. Some place to read comfortably.

I did not like the fact that paid what I did for my room and had a shower that leaked, a burned out light bulb in the bathroom where I needed light to apply make up, no ashtray available on my balcony and a mandatory $39 fee per day for "extras" that I never once used.

Everything; from the champagne hello to the very friendly goodbye' Cheeca Lodge was perfect!!

This hotel looks like paradise. Everything you need is right there: amazing ocean view, golf, tennis, water sports, bicycles... Most of the activities are included in the resort fee. Hotel staff is also very friendly.

The bedding is horrible. We had a hard time to sleep: the bed was so soft it gave me a good backache.
