Predictably clean and comfortable.

Booking asked for all of my contact info, saying that it would make the checking in process easier. The hotel had none of the info I gave you and having booked through you made the checking in process harder and slower.

The room was very comfortable and inviting. The foyer area was inviting and well kept.

The bottom of the bedroom door was quite high from the floor and any noise seemed to travel easily to the hallway.

Parking was at a premium. We arrived after 9:00 PM and when the desk clerk heard me say I had to go out to find a parking space, he moved his car from a very convenient spot, so I could use it. The hotel has a lot of younger soccer players and it wasvery loud in the lobby. However, hotel management assured us, there was "quiet" time, starting at 10:00 PM, which everypme was adhered to.

Very deceiving when booking and stating free parking and shuttle to airport, then you can't park there for more than one night.....why would i want a shuttle then?

We had a special 2pm checkout & housekeeping came knocking on our door at 9am waking the entire family and we couldn't get back to sleep. I realize that our room was on the list of check-outs for that day, but at the same time with a later check out I would hope that we were one if the last rooms to do, I usually use the tv check out in the room so that cleaning will know that I have left, but more & more people are just leaving so that it's difficult to have that type of service

I know they used to have complimentary breakfast but there wasn't availability of this service here.

Our checkout was at 12:00 pm, however, there were 2 seperate times when cleaning women walked into our room. We were very unhappy about this especially since the first instance happened at 9am when we were both still sleeping.

Friendly staff

No parking available while not at hotel (example, stay at hotel, fly out of Buffalo airport and return a week later, but not able to park car at hotel), I had to use a competitors (hotel next door) to leave my car at while away.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice pool for kids!

Pillows were terrible, pricey (room) and breakfast (over 30.00 for two adults and two young children).

The bed was very very comfy and the room design was very unique. Would definitely stay there in the future!!

We loved the value as well as the luxury. It was very clean and family oriented. We stayed an additional night since we had so much fun. Each staff member was friendly and respectful. Corey especially was helpful when we asked for another night, but she scrambled and made it happen. Thanks Corey, we will definately be back to see you when we save up some money. Great location close to shopping. Couldnt hear the planes and there was a nice balcony to sit on and watch the planes. Two big flat screen tv'S. Only disappointment was that we couldnt use our caa card because we booked through Booking.Com, we asked for a 10% discount but the front desk couldnt put it thru. Only a bistro to eat in but the pool was nice. Would stay again, no problem.

We were visiting Niagara falls for a mini-weekend getaway from Connecticut. All the hotes in close proximity to Niagara were ridiculously priced for a family of 5. Me, my wife and three boys. 5, 3 and a month-old baby. Because baby is considered a fifth "person" we could not get any decent suite in close proximity to the falls. So I expanded my search to Buffalo area and we got was a great price for the buck. This was a very nice and clean facility. Very close to I-90. Everything in the hotel from the lobby to the corridors, seemed refreshing and clean. Modern look, nice clean and chic rooms. The decor In our King Suite was nice and I liked the layout with attached suite, living space with a full size pull-over sofa. We were travelling with a new baby and things like refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink came in very handy. I needed extra sheets for the pack-n-play and at 1:00 AM the staff was extremly pleasent and nice to bring it up to our room. I also had forgotten contact lens solution and the front desk brought it to our room without any "extra-ridiculous-convenience-taxed-charge".

The only thing that this place did not have was a buffett breakfast, which for us as family is the best part of our vacations/weekend getaways. The bistro was good, but little heavy on the pocket, esp when you have little ones to feed. Overall it was a great experience and we plan to go back there if we visit Niagara again.

The location and cleanliness. Also new look of the rooms.

I asked for a handicap room for my 86-year old mother using a walker. The room was not handicap accessible. The toilet had not hand bars around it and the height of the toilet was not ada compliant. The staff told us the room was ada, but then after checking in said it was not. They did offer it to us on the next floor but after looking at it, the toilet was still normal height and bars did not go all the way around.

I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and the cleanliness of our rooms and the hotel in general.

Facilities were well maintained, clean, comfortable. Staff was helpful, accommodating.

The restaurant could be open a little later in the am or have lunch hours. The in room coffee wasn't great, but the coffee in the lobby made up for it.

While right across the street from the airport, the room was incredibily quiet. Also we took advantage of the shuttle to the hotel.

The Suite was described as 2 areas and was just one room.

大堂经理服务非常好，因为我们到了以后时间已经很晚了，大部分的饭店都已经关了，大堂经理在网上积极的给我- 们查餐厅，并打电话联系，给我们详细的地址，总体感觉酒店的工作人员都很热情，离市中心大约15分钟车程，- 6分钟车程有一个大的Mall也可以去看看，离厂家直销店大约30分钟车程，很方便，非常满意！
