Staff was very friendly
Clean room friendly staff good breakfast
The wall facing the hall had a huge window so you lost privacy and all the sounds from the hall could be heard in the room
- comfortable bed - clean room - large parking - good breakfast
- there are no windows in the room (only one on corridor)
Overall a nice clean and friendly hotel convenient for many of Buffalo's attractions. Hotel rooms very clean and good sitting arrangements
On a very busy road, although this did not affect our noise levels in the room. A good way from reasonable restaurants.
The waffle maker. Great bar next door
Convenient to Ralph Wilson Stadium. Hot tub was great.
Close to the Highway.
Found a moldy chip at the side of the bed, a long black hair in my bed, both shown to different front desk personal. Beds were not that comfortable. Breakfast was disgusting, Only had a tea and checked out. Was given $ 20 discount for the chip and hair.. Stayed here years ago and wasn't bad but now, poor.Would never stay there.Basically a dump. Returned to Niagara on the Lake and checked into White Oaks- totally different experience for $99 CDN.
The breakfast was okay and pretty standard.
I am handicapped and can't walk far. My so-called handicapped room was so far away, I barely made it. I had to take the elevator, which is a challenge to find, and the outer doors to the parking were not accessible.
the staff including the day manager resolved an issue to my greatest satisfaction
I liked the choices available for breakfast. The staff were very friendly. I was pleased with the cleaning staff for accommodating our requests. Overall we had a good stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.
I found the chlorine smell from the hot tub especially strong in the vicinity of our room. They should improve the ventilation instead of opening the hot tub room door.
Used my free night stay from rewards.
the staff at check in counter were really nice
rooms are a little small but comfortable
Great place large room3 in a room Great breakfast Will come back.
Nice breakfast assortment. Location was good for our planned event.
No shampoo or soap in bathroom. Hot tub had so much chlorine it burned our lungs and couldn't breathe. Fan did not work in bathroom.Pool was only open until 9 pm.
Outdoor pool Breakfast was good
Remote for tv
upgrading of the property. very friendly staff.
the white pollen was all in the pool.
House keepining did not keep my bag I left in the room by mistake. I called a few days later when I noticed it was missing and no one knew anything. Not happy.
No elevator up to my room from lobby; at least not the way we were directed.
The staff was very helpful
There is no sound proofing between the rooms, It was loud at night if the next room was taking a shower or opening a tap. You could also hear people from the hallway talking. not good if travelling with young kids.Bad insulation and the linen as not clean, linen had blood stain. Breakfast was processed eggs and sausage patties- packaged muffins etc.
The A.c was on even though it was 43 degrees outside. My family was going to hand in the lobby seating area but it was so cold we had to go to one of our rooms! There was little to no hot water in the morning before check out. I heard many complaints at breakfast about that. When I showered the hot water ran out. If my husband had I wouldnt have as much hot water that I did. No exhaust fan in the bathroom either. Girl behind the counter at check out was sitting on a stool eating and texting while a man and myself waited to check out! All in all...TERRIBLE!!!!!
Bathroom was very nice. Staff very pleasant.
Not enough hot water for morning showers. Lobby was very chilly -- not comfortable for families to gather and visit, which is what we were hoping to do. Granted, it was cold outside, but don't think that is a valid excuse such as the one made by a staff person at the desk! Breakfast food was not very tasty or healthy; coffee was fair at best. Rooms are a bit small, especially when compared to the well-sized bathroom. But for the space, they were nicely laid out.
Location is great. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet inside the room. Very easy to get to Walden Galleria Mall.
Breakfast could be a little more diversified and a bit healthier! Plain yogurt. Some honey. Some cheese slices (not the processed kind :-)).
