Good location, good service (clean towels every day, staff made bus reservations for us), outside terras, original wall paintings Room wasn't cleaned before or during our stay (we found m&ms on the floor). Shared badroom was out of toilet paper once and could have been cleaner (but was oke). 8th Avenue is very noisy, so I would recommend earplugs. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Small rooms, noisy even in the night. |

Price if fair compared to New York level and location is excellent to operate.Great staff!!! Air condition was broken and sounds from the corridor too loud. |

The staff was very kind, the cleaning was good as were the rooms. With this "low" (to be right on manhattan) price I expected anything, but the hotel is really good and very price worthy. And the location is great, you feel very safe in the area and are right in the middle of it (one block away from madison square garden). |

Great deal on Midtown location near Subway/Penn Station. Friendly staff. Remember ear plugs - lots of noise from traffic. |

Informative staff, great location Rooms could of maybe had a more comfortable bed (bit hard) with proper pillows (mine was an actual square shaped small pillow) and also there were no hairdryers in the room!!! |

Very good location and very friendly staff. The room was the size of a stamp (212 with Oz paintings), but served perfectly as a shelter over night. Very clean as well. 8th avenue was rather noisy. Bring your earplugs. |

The location in Chelsea and close to Penn Station is brilliant, fun decoration The bed was crap, with a matrass covered in rubber and as the room was only 1.80 wide, I bumped my head to the wall all night (I'm 1.88) |

Excellent location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were basic but clean Whilst location was excellent for amenities, the noise from outside traffic was horrendous - don't expect any sleep! |

first impression was what a disaster was going to look for refund,but knew we would not be able to get accommodation elsewhere,so we just put up with it. bed clothes not changed during our six nights stay. |

Very helpful staff, very cosy room. No breakfast included, but very next to the hotel there are a lot of possibilities to eat something at cheap prices. |

Good location. Reasonable cost. You get what you pay for. Wireless internet signal needs to be stronger. Good signal on terrace but signal in room kept cutting in and out. AC was noisy. |

Het lag op een prima plek om New York goed te bekijken, het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het lag aan een enorm drukke straat. De kamers waren heel klein 1,70 bij 3 m. Er was een airco in een schuifraam ingebouwd, waardoor er in feite een open verbinding was met buiten en er geen barriere was voor het geluid. Aangezien New York never sleeps, hebben wij ondanks oordopjes ook nauwelijks geslapen! |

inzet baliepersoneel, ligging t.o.v. metro en winkels e.d., internetverbinding prima, terras gezellig, mogelijkheid voor koffie of thee New York produceert per definitie een hoop geluid, jammer genoeg dringt dat 24 uur door tot de kamer. Het is allemaal erg eenvoudig.Het aanbod van t.v. zenders (pakweg 10) is gering. |
