There was a stink bug under the pillow. the worker told me all he could do was give me 15% back. Never again!!!!
My headline above says it all, my wife and I had the best private time possible, thank you!!!!!!!!
could not enjoy the Jacuzzi nor take shower because the hot water was dirty, very dirty. I called front desk and they told me to let it run, but it never went away and all I received was a $30 discount. stay away!!! dirty walls, sheets and more...drove 3 hours-regret it!
Room was old and filthy, smelled like mildew and smoke, husband said he looked at jacuzzi and there was a hair in there!! cigarette burns on sheets.. check-in was behind bullet proof glass, need I say more.. husband and I looked at each other and said "time to go." We got a refund and checked into a real hotel..would not recommend to anyone
Nothing at all
No coffee in the room. Wasn't going to get dressed to go out to office to get And didn't want someone at my door. :/ The showers are smaller than the one in Bensalem And this was the honeymoon suite. No rose on the bed or wine glasses to drink from. The one in Bensalem (delux) room was better than the honey moon suite which cost more in Cherry hill.
The heart shaped tub was the best part!
water was filthy. No hot water could not use the jacuzzi it had to change rooms. I waited 15 years the worst hotel experience I've ever had
The room was very clean . It was perfect for the amount of money I payed for one night.
The bed was sunken in the middle, needed a new mattress.
The jacuzzi was wonderful as was the fireplace! It was a cold night! The room was freshly painted. If it was for the fireplace it would have been cold. Right next a great restaurant. Steak 38.
I did not like that I wasn't told in advance that I had to purchase fire wood. I also didn't under how I was cold and the heater in room didn't work properly yet I had to continue purchasing firewood. When I did voice that it was extremely cold I was bought extra fire wood that only lasted until 10pm and then I had to purchase more and was even told by an older Indian man that it's a cold night and everyone has the same issue so he didn't want me to purchase extra wood. I was very cold major of my stay and was not able to use bathroom due to it being ice cold. If the heater was not working in rooms it's very unfair that I had to purchase all that wood to not even be warm the whole night
I liked the fire place and jaccuzzi
Nothing its was so smelley and dirty we got our money refunded and left !!!
The room was not ready when I arrived 90 minutes after the stated check- in time. The front-desk woman was rude, obnoxious & surly. The accommodations resembled an abandoned summer camp from a B-rate horror movie on the exterior - very creepy. The amenities inside the room desperately need to be updated, most notably the hair dryer & telephone. Also, we had the heat on full-blast and it barely got the room to a comfortable temperature. The rooms were also said to be non-smoking, but the room stank like old cigarettes...and there was an ashtray provided next to the coffee-maker. But no cups for the coffee. (Why ???) The room also did not live up the expectations provided in the pictures. I believe it was the same room but there was clearly a different decor used, and it was not an improvement. Finally, the mini-fridge was stocked with 2 sodas, one of which EXPLODED when I opened it because the fridge temperature was set too low. Seriously, get your act together Inn of the Dove - ZERO Stars.
It was quiet. That's it.
I had to change rooms because it had not been cleaned properly n the water was brown the whole nite so I cud not take a bath or shower
I liked the room n radio
The room key did not work, and we were told we had to use a second card to "jimmie the door open." This made me realize anyone could break in. The comforter and sheets were FILTHY, and I had to request new ones, the jaquzzi did not work, and my husband was told to go to the outside breaker to try and re-set it!!! He did this, and it still did not work, but the staff did not even care! The heater was not working and my husband had to go to the local store to purchase wood for the fireplace just to have heat! I slept in my winter coat, and was still freezing. By the time we were leaving, I was too mad to even say a word because I would not have been pleasant.
There was nothing that my husband or I found enjoyable at this hotel. I had always wanted to stay here, but would absolutely NEVER return. I wish I had demanded my money back. Beyond disappointed.
No my bathroom was very dirty and it was stains all over and the carpet was a mess
1. Receptionist had on jeans and a ripped up t-shirt. She had her boobs laying on the counter the entire time she waited on us. Sits behind a protective plexy glass window. 2. Room smelled funny. 3. Piping in shower moved within wall when trying to turn on.. 4. Large spider in shower. 5. GRAPHIC porn on tv as soon as it was turned on. 6. Fire alarm went off while sleeping in middle of the night. When is stopped tried to call front desk to see if everything was ok. No phone in room to contact them with. Also tried to call front desk with my cell, no one picked up.
There is nothing to like about this place
not well kept - not very clean - no hot water - no late evening service to help - had to shower in cold water
romance theme - location - value -
Upon checking in there waa dirty cup and rags in bathroom and bibble gum wrappers all over bed.
Mouse ran across the floor, hot tub jets didn't work, huge party the second night there, hole in bathroom door looked like it was from a fist! For $150/ night, the room should have been better maintained. This area "is barely cherry hill" according to the food delivery guy so don't be deceived. It's not a great area.
Quiet inside room
Severely lacks maintenance. No hot water in tub or shower. My Mrs. would not take a shower. No front desk support at 12 midnight to help. Should have provided a refund; instead got a $25 voucher for next visit (Doubt that will ever happen). When checking in, the man at desk tried to give me a room for $350 instead of the room booked for $150. He said it was the only thing he had (Though at 11:00pm, We were the only car in sight in the parking lot). When I said that I would not pay that cost and was about to leave and go somewhere else, He came up with a room (I guess that is why we got no hot water).
Theme resort for intimate pleasure. Not many in the area. Decent price.
it needs to be updated.
it was secluded.
Everything! The room was nasty the water for the jacuzzi was brown! There was hair in the tub, stains on the carpet there was a bug on my pillow! It was gross! The worst stay at a hotel I ever expierenced! And it was suppose to be a romantic luxury suite. I checked in a little after 11pm and was gone by 3am! And this is only half of the bad news! Cherry Hill Inn of The Dove! Don't be fooled by the pictures that you see not worth the money at all!!
So dirty nasty and smelly we didn't even stay. Cob webs and dead bugs in bathroom. No sheets on bed. Management very rude and refused a refund. Stay away.
Dirty and unkept. Lock on door didn't work. Ants, sticky floor, blinds falling apart, wax on carpet etc.
