Bridgestreet at Alta at K Station

Everything our view was spectacular and the location was perfectly close to the train, expressways and the Chicago Nite life. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. Most definitely worth every penny. A++++

I requested late check out and it was not a simply process. I was on hold for over 15 mins and they never called me back to confirm. So I had to keep calling this third party line. I also think they need more mirrors in the room.

The location is great, the views are amazing, the building is excellent. The apartment I got to stay in was perfect. Great size apartment compared to just a room downtown. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. having a full kitchen is so convenient. I would stay here again.

Good location, good price

I was shown pictures of my room online prior to booking. When I arrived, the room that I stayed in was in no way what I was shown to be my room. Although I was happy with my room I was very disappointed in the false advertising.

My boyfriend and I traveled with our puppy and we LOVED how pet-friendly this location was. We loved that we were staying in a fully furnished apartment, as opposed to a hotel room, for less money! Even though the weather wasn't great while we were there, we weren't bothered because we had a blast on the eighth floor with the theater, pool table, rooftop pool and jacuzzi, workout room, business center, bar and party room!! I have traveled a lot and I must say that this was my most favorite place to stay.

When I called the front desk to let them know we would be just an hour early they had no idea what I was talking about and I was transferred a few times to the correct person. However, everyone was very nice.

Very nice spotless modern apartment with access to health club with swimming pool.

The apartment was great between midnight and 5:0 A.M.At other times during the day there was constant noise from trains going by as the building is near a major train station. The noise was bothersome even on the 27th floor. I would not stay there again because of the noise.

The apartment was brilliant. Everything we needed and more. 34Th floor, great views! Washer - dryer great for that little bit of washing. Microwave, cooker dish washer - excellent! As the apartment worked out cheaper than a hotel, I would seriously recommend these apartments. The location was prefect. The recreation floor was fantastic, located on the 8th floor, do not give this a miss!

We had a small problem when checking in, our reservation stated the West Tower but we had actually been allocated a room in the East Tower. Sadly the receptions did not suggest that this could be the reason he knew nothing of our booking. If he had he done this, it would have saved us standing in the West Tower for 30 mins making several calls to both Bridgestreet and Booking.com to sort out our problem! When we advised the receptions that we were in the wrong Tower he just said " oh this happens all the time" pity he didn't suggest this as a solution to our problem on our initial check in! Would have saved us 30 mins and several expensive phone calls!

It was great to stay in basically my own 1br apartment, with a kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a grocery store just down the block, so I was able to make myself breakfasts and dinners and save money. They also had a nice workout area (and a basketball court!) that I had access to, and the location was great for my stay.

It was a little strange staying in a condo--the first person I talked to at check in didn't know what I was there for (I was actually at the wrong tower). They were very accomadating, but I am just used to checking into a hotel. It almost seemed too easy.

Excelentes instalaciones, muy buena ubicación, muy limpio y en muy buen estado.

The position is good in terms of distance to the city centre, but it is located next to a factory operating 24/7!!! The noise is unbearable!!!

The noise... My my my... Not worth the price I paid the swimming pool does not exist! It's always closed...!!! No curtains

Excellent accueil. Equipement de l'appartement de très haut niveau. Metro direct depuis O'Hare. A 300 metres du Loop. Chocolaterie à proximité : dans la rue, bruit et odeur, à certaines heures. J'avais un appartement sur la façade opposée (je n'entendais rien). Quant à l'odeur de chocolat dans la rue, j'ai connu pire ;-).
