The position of the Hotel is excellent,we were visiting Chicago for the RSNA from overseas.The King rooms were clean and serviced every day.However they were a little small but comfortable. |

Fairly good value in a great location. Staff and service were fine. Bed was comfortable. Room smelt strongly of smoke. Bedlinen crumpled, did not seem to have been ironed. Pillows old and lumpy. Water drained very slowly after using the shower, which meant that the second person to shower had to stand in the water used by the first person -- neiterh pleasant nor hygienic. |

The hotel is pet friendly and within easy walking distance of Navy Pier and Ohio Street Beech. Hotel staff were all friendly. Hotel is nice, clean and met our needs. It is was not luxurious, but we weren't there long enough to need more than basic room and the price was right. We will plan to stay there again and will recommend the hotel to friends who travel for the same event each year. There was a $1.50 charge to use the safe in the room. Not a big deal, but we didn't see a sign on the safe indicating the charge. Only learned of the charge upon check out. |

It's location Terrible customer service, 3 times of asking for a problem to be resolved over 3 days. rooms never cleaned before 4-5pm. Room so small, could only open suitcase on the bed. Bathroom measured 10 x 4 feet |

Fabulous location, great price and value. Excellent front desk staff, friendly, informative, responsive and efficient. The daily room cleaning service had shortcomings. Used paper coffee cups were not cleared. The disposable coffee maker tray/coffee bag was never removed. The room was musty and did not smell fresh. Pillos were lumpy. But these were not major issues. |

The staff was nice and it was in a good location right by great shopping. They do not provide parking and you had to pay $40 a day to park nearby. It was also not very comfortable, our beds were sunk in the middle. |
