Great location for a good price Staff were friendly although didn't go out of their way to help
There was no wifi in my room and the phone was broken
Very accommodating and friendly staff who were willing to do anything they could to help make our stay as good as it could be!
Location is close to all the POI that I wanna visit.
The room where exellent to rest, after walking a lot the all day.
Not having their own parking lot. To pay extra to park the car, to expensive. The floor of the shower was to dirty.
The hotel location is very close to most attractions, very convenient to get to places and to most eateries.
Clogged sink, had to bear with it for a night. Managed to get a different room the following day. Would've been nice if we didn't have to see black stuff coming out of the sink... =(
Bed was comfortable.
Thermostat did not control room temp. Floor was dirty and never cleaned during 4 day stay. Housekeeping did not leave wash cloths, coffee or tea packs, or cups after first night stay. Poor lighting; mildew on grout in tub area. Very little attention to details of cleaning the room.
Bad sofa bed, very thin wall, bad service, no extra bedding, wifi did not work. AC did not work. Bad smell in room.
Location is great, about a 5 min walk from the cloud gate, room is clean, beds are nice
Location - downtown Michigan avenue right around the corner. Excellent value.
A fridge would have been nice.
very nice and friendly staff great location
no AC in the lobby AC in rooms seem old and not very efficient room's floor looks very old or perhaps not clean enough
mediocrity seen/tolerated throughout facility
The location, close all the things we wanted to do.
Behavior of desk supervisor was truly shocking; loud, abusive, and really rude. Room smelled of smoke and did not look as if it had been properly cleaned for a long time. Extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience.
Close to many things. We walked pretty much everywhere and the staff were very friendly. The double beds were extremely comfy.
The wifi wasn't always very good and the rooms are very noisy from the ambulance sirens. Rooms could do with a bit if a facelift, peeling paint and holes in walls.
Room was small, lobby tiny too. Air condition was impossible to control and very noisy. The water pressure in the shower was way too low. The staff was indifferent at best. The hotel bar was vastly overpriced.
perfect location if you're visiting Chicago
the rooms were awful cramped
The room was completely dirty. Walls were breaking down. When asked to be changed to a different room because of the cleanliness we got the same kind of room. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor the door didn't seem to lock tightly. I payed for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night because of the disguss. Would never in a million years recommend this hotel to anyone.
Looby, rooms, hallway filthy. Leaking toilet smelled of urine. Room sadly appointed and old. Everything aged, smelled and looked old, run down and in disrepair. Ridiculously high room rate.
Close to shops and attractions within easy walking distance
Appearance in need of renovation and upgrade
Friendly staff, location
No breakfast, very small room, WiFi was not working, most of the time,
location was great just of Michigan ave
building needs new carpet or a good steam cleaning. Windows outside were very dirty.
The location is great. It is pet friendly
The walls are paper thin. The bathroom is very small and needs updating. While we were there twice an elevator broke down for an extended period of time.
i only like thevlocation clean towells
i did not like staff specially a lady it was no housekeeping even they scream on the hallways the rooms are dirty very small an outdate for price its horrible
One block off Michigan Avenue with tons of restaurants and shops.
