スタッフがパソコンを使いこなせていないようであった。Booking.comからきて予約番号のコピーを持っていったが、3人3部屋、3人の氏名3人の総額が書かれていたが、当日予約は1名1室しか聞いていないと言われ、その日いくら交渉してもへやが1室しかもらえず大変困りましたが、シカゴ観光時間がなくなるため交渉をあきらめた 予約番号提示しても、がんとして1室しか提供してくれず、問い合わせ番号は市外局番だから電話しないと、まったく不誠実 |

トイレのドアが閉まらなかった。空調がうるさい。部屋の清掃が行き届いていない（前の宿泊者のゴミがベッド下にたくさん落ちていた。） |

Fabulous location, great price and value. Excellent front desk staff, friendly, informative, responsive and efficient. The daily room cleaning service had shortcomings. Used paper coffee cups were not cleared. The disposable coffee maker tray/coffee bag was never removed. The room was musty and did not smell fresh. Pillos were lumpy. But these were not major issues. |

I particularly like the staff in the Inn. The receptionists and the bellmen are super great! They make me feel I was in home. The bed is not very clean. :) |

Red Roof is good value for money, being located centrally to the action in Chicago. Sheets were too thin, so it could be cold during the night |

The staff was nice and it was in a good location right by great shopping. They do not provide parking and you had to pay $40 a day to park nearby. It was also not very comfortable, our beds were sunk in the middle. |

Had problems with heat not working well. We were immediately moved with no problem.... to a nicer room! Didn't have to wait on maintenance to "fix it". A bellman was sent up and new keys were delivered. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. does need some remodeling. clean but old |

Nice staff willingly to help. Even after switching 2 times from room (airco didn't work or made lots of noise). Nice beds. Quiet enough. Perfect location for shopping at the Mag Mile! We had to move from one room to another just for having to have a working aico. But the service from the receptionist was good. |

Location was the main reason. Reasonably priced. Service from staff. Our heat was not working and we asked 3x for someone to come and look at it. They said repeatedly they would come but never did. We gave up and just asked for extra blankets.Secondly, cleaning staff came in the room, took our tip but never cleaned. |

After 4 room changes because flooding in 1 room, missing security locks in another room,bad smell in the other rooms, I booked because it said newly renovated. Completly misleading, I checked out and went across the street and payed double at the courtyard mariot to get a good nights sleep. |

La position géographique dans le centre ville, facilité d'accès chambre minuscule (pas même une chaise, ni une place pour poser une valise), la propreté oubliée, le personnel mal aimable, les lits pas toujours fait (!), pas de café dans le hall pourtant annoncé, wifi gratuit mais en payant !!! |
