눉As other guests, I waited 1h15m (1st day) + 1h30m (2nd day) + 40m (3rd day) + 40 min (last morning) for the shuttle. The first evening I was on the wrong side of the metro station (4meters away from the stop by the way) so the driver picked up other two people and he didn't see me. However I waited for 1h and 15m and the hotel is only 15m away and I made 4 calls to ask where the shuttle was... The receptionist said the driver picked up "other guests" just 15m before. I would have waited 1h anyway. Moreover, nobody noticed I was missing. Following evening, same story; but this time I was on the CORRECT side. No excuses. I think, but it is only a guess, that they don't move the shuttle for just a person: they wait until someone else arrive at the tube station: more people, one ride.
I had dinner in the bar. After placing the order, I noticed that the barmaid had started eating a to-go meal, LICKING her fingers in front of the guests. My meal arrived in the bar and she served me without washing her hands. I'm not making up the story. That's bare truth. I'm ready to answer to any comeback.
WiFi connection was absolutely unstable and it gave me serious problems since I had some work to do in the evenings.
I have a C1 international english certificate, but I had a really hard time to understand 4 receptionists out of the 5 I met.
I spent there three days (the third was with another Booking booking). The last evening I asked, face to face, for the airport shuttle for the next morning at 10am. They forgot to take my reservation and I had to wait 40min (without considering that when, at the end, they picked me up, they drove me to the tube station because other guests had to go there; unfortunately it is in the OPPOSITE direction, infact we drove past the hotel in order to go to the airport!)

After the umpteenth shuttle delay, I asked in the meantime to have breakfast and the receptionist offered it to me.
