Best Western Plus Chicago Hillside  

The reception staff are very helpful. The location is close, but not extremely close, to the airport which is what we needed. All in all it was good for what we wanted, and good value

Very comfortible, clear and good value for the money. Free shuttle to O´Hare Airport and Blue Line Station (public transport to the city)

It was mid night when we reached to hotel with my family. I had a booking already but they asked a fax from booking.com that is the first time was happing, a hotel is asking a fax. My little son was sleeping at the lobby but she does not care. I do not want to stay at Best Western hotels again. It was a very bad night for us. Also ac is not working properly.

Room was a great room, staff friendly great service,clean it was perfect for the price, i will diff stay over and over.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The restaurant was amazing with great portions at a good value. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing that would be nice is an indoor pool. They had an outdoor one.

The air conditioner is extremely noisy. It disturbed my sleep to a great deal.

Short drive to downtown Chicago and McCormick Place at about half the price or less than hotels 20 minutes away downtown. Easy access from I- 290. Restaurant and lounge inside hotel. Friendly staff.

I noticed a little blistering or bubbling paint toward the ceiling in the bathroom probably from moisture.

The convenience to expressway.

I have stayed at the Hillside location six times in the last two months. And I plan to continue reserving overnight stays for the remainder of the year. I would like to have some type of frequency discount.

Ride to train station made the trip very easy to get downtown

The staff at the Best Western Plus Chicago Hillside were the most accommodating to my needs that I have ever experienced in a hotel. Their free shuttle picked me up at the O'Hare Airport and took me to the hotel. The next morning they gave me a ride to my conference at the Hines VA, and then came back out to the VA and took me back to the hotel after I had finished my business five hours later. In addition, they allowed me to have a late checkout, and then gave me a ride back to the airport. All this extra service at no charge. The food at the hotel was excellent, and they did a great job accommodating my special dietary needs. The room was very clean, and the kingsize bed was most comfortable. Overall, it was a great lodging experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants outstanding service at an affordable price.

The location was very very good

Hotel lobby had no air at front desk or elevator it was like getting in an oven the out door pool was not open , we all no that hoilday strat pool we were told that pool open on wesday it was 97 degree . the hall way did not have air thank s god the room did . it was in a great location for our family reuion.
