Location, comfy bed
Staff was very friendly and helpful, and let us check in early.
Pool was a little small, paid wifi was very expensive.
The best part of our entire stay was the location. Hotel is right in the heart of shopping district. Ambience was amazing. Loved our stay
We did not like the customer service. When we checked in we asked the receptionist about the parking and she said parking is included in our package, but during checkout we got charged $46 for parking fees. We tried talking with the hotel staff and they said there might be some miscommunication which wasn't fair.
The pool facility was excellent.
Very noisy New Year's Eve however I did realise that this would be a possibility.
The view was spectacular.
It was strong urine odor in the bathroom.
Had a great location and view from the window, shower heads are high flow. Staff was helpful, decent value for location.
Pool was small and crowded Windows are extremely thin Beds too small "Starbucks" is just the bar serving coffee No free wifi in rooms small bathroom $46 a night self parking Hall doors do not block sound
The bed was comfortable and the view and location of the hotel was good.
It was three of us. I booked and asked for 2 double beds and they gave me one King sized bed for 3 people.
Hotel was clean and great views.
Bathroom needed updating.
They tried to put four adults in a room with one king bed even though the reservation clearly requested 2 double beds for 4 adults. Moved us to a room with a sofa bed and a cot that took them more than 4 hours to deliver. The service in the bar and the restaurant was unbelievable slow. I would never stay here again.
We went for the museums and found we parked our car once and everything we wanted to do was within walkung distance. The valets and guest services people were fsntastic. Super friendly and helpful.
The towels were like sandpaper and we had booked two doubles but ended up with a king and the rollaway they brought was not very comfortable
We loved the location and the vieuw, special thanks to Matthew the conciërge for the great help with the rooms etc, he made our stay!! Only the pool was a little dirty and no Christmass atmosphere in the hotel.. but overall we had a great stay and the staff was very friendly!!! We will come back!!
The hotel was friendly and comfortable. Great service. Good location.
I think WiFi should be free.
The whole other experience
Location was close to shops, restaurants, and sights. Lounge was a hopping place!!!
Room and hallway looks run down. Bathroom needs remodeling or need more space.
Vending machines empty 38th floor
staff very good
The price was different than what I agreed to pay when i used booking.com and they didnt do well solving this problem. (im not talking about taxes)
Staff was well-trained, competent, and courteous.
While the lobby area looks great, the rooms need serious work. Our room (3915) had issues: missing picture above the desk, burned out light bulbs, outlets that didn't work, etc. Certainly not worth what I paid per night. Lots of better values in the city.
The staff was helpful and was quick when we would call the front desk for a request. Spent the weekend shopping with my girls. We were walking distance to many stores, restaurants, night time attractions and the train.
The bathrooms are small with a single sink and mirror and small vanity. We had four guests in our room....so it was impossible for more than one person to get ready at a time in there.
Location, and amenities.
Was charged more than the quoted price. Staff @ breakfast told my daughter and her friends that breakfast was free. Ended up costing $132.
Good location, good bed and good services.
Took more amount than exact price fomr my credit card.
The location of the hotel is great, everything is near and it is located on a nice street for shopping. The staff was very kind, specially the maid and waitress of the bar at the lobby.
In general, the room was clean, but it could be cleaner. I didn´t like that the air conditioner was a little bit noisy, it sounded like a train passing through the 34rd floor.
Great location for visitors wanting to be near the Magnificent Mile. Walkable to transit and many attractions downtown. Very large hotel, so not a 'boutique' experience, but service and hotel were excellent.
