Location, beds were very comfortable
No microwave or small fridge
Location; Staff who were well informed helpful and accommodating in fixing issues.
original room not what was requested, but they changed our room next day for us.
The most friendly people especially the staff at Harvest
Everything was way above board
The close proximity to the Magnificient Mile.
All other things were good
The a/c was hot little bit although it was less than 40 F outside
Great location, great rate on room. Staff was very friendly.
Good location Very friendly Personal amazing views of chicago from windows rooms
difficult to connec more than 2 devices to AC power no minibar no free wifi slow service at bar
Everything was great nothing not to like.
I wouldn't get my room near the elevator again. It was a little noisy but that was my fault for saying it was okay because the hotel did ask me first.
direct access to sidewalk on Michigan Ave, steps to all shopping and dinning. Off Michigan Ave street access for cars and taxi, which is nice considering traffic.
The overall price, is on the higher end. With parking and taxes I believe is more than an additional $100 to the total bill for one night. Expensive. No included wifi at this price point makes it very high priced.
Location is the only advantage
Most nosy hotel i ever stayed in. Mini rooms and bathrooms at a high price.
We liked our view out our window and the hotel was in an excellent location
The only issue we had was our air was not cooling off room
no offer of bell man to bring in luggage no luggage stand in room did not apply senior discount after request
view was great - beds very comfortable - staff very helpful
rooms were very small. No refrigerator or microwave.
Downtown and within walking distance to everything.
Hotel was dirty, mold on the bathroom ceiling. Beds and pillows not comfortable at all.
Location. Staff. Breakfast possibilities (normal restaurant or Starbucks)
Old rooms, poor air-condition
Right from the start, service was amazing. Check in was friendly. They had gift bags for my little girls. Room was amazing and the view was incredible! I am reccomending this hotel to all my friends.
Location Lobby Comfy bed Room view (michigan ave)
Price No in room wifi
well located, nice city view
very busy, rooms are too small and need to be renovated, breakfast and car park are too expensive, the swimming pool was poor
The access to the swimming pool. I went around 8 PM, it was crowed by kids with parents that they didn't explain their kids to leave one line for adults to swim.
Location was perfect - we didn't move our car during our entire stay and didn't need to take a cab either!
Cleaning was behind when we arrived - it took some pushing to find us one available when we showed up.
The hotel itself is beautiful.
We arrived very late from an event that we were working. We booked the hotel for 4 guests. When we arrived the only room left was a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. We had been working for about 20 hours and really wanted to get some sleep. It was not comfortable at all. We were also put in a room back in the very corner of the 34th floor. Not that I mind being in the corner but the room was tiny. Especially the bathroom. I almost had to walk sideways to get in between the toilet and shower. I can't imagine that all of your rooms are this small. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Its unfortunate because I have stayed with Marriott in the past and had a great experience.
Expensive for what you got.
