Location. Shuttle service. Room seemed hap-hazardly cleaned. Musty smell pervaded the room, and the bed linens were rumpled and the bed poorly made. Towels were rough and very worn. I picked the Marriott because it was the most premium hotel at Midway. I expect a lot better for that price. Also - it didn't occur to me until afterward that the hotel never asked for my Marriott reward number.

Nice hotel very near airport. Had some noisy rooms but we moved to a quieter room.

Clean, excellent room service, good idea with Starbucks in lobby. Soda machine on two floors not working, however Manager did allow with the use of gift shop for soft drinks without charges.

The rooms, large and confortable. The location close to airport and The train going to downtown Chicago in 30 min. The shuttle to the airport. Some people from staff were helpul. Restaurant is ok The noise, this is actually a noisy hotel with guests partying at night. Some people from staff are not very professional.
