Score from 208 reviews Excellent
Large suite and staff very welcoming.
Rates too expensive for what we got and bed wasn't comfortable
The Breakfast and kitchen staff are excellent, clean and professional
In our suite we didn't have the matching sitting chair that matches the couch. We stay at this hotel twice a year and the chair bring more comfort to the living room . Disappointed it has been removed
Great room for a good price. Good location, comfortable bed and great room layout.
paying for parking, breakfast was a little pricey
Clean facility, staff very customer friendly. I was verbally greeted each time I entered hotel
Paid $19 a day to park and there was no parking at all. Had to wait in car 45 mins for someone to leave just to park. Hotel blocked my phone internet service in hopes I would pay 12.95 a day for their internet, didn't happen. So convenient they offer internet in lobby for free assuming you will buy from the bar or restaurant both within view of lobby. Was very disappointed they didn't even offer free coffee in lobby. They did have free fruit infused water available (which tasted terrible). I will not recommend this hotel simply based on these inconveniences.
This hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the beds are very comfortable. The suites allow you to have a little more "elbow room"...great if you are staying more than few days, or with others.
The rooms do need a little refreshing: paint, new furniture, new carpets. And the fee for wi-fi: it used to be considered an "extra", but it's time to catch up with the times, and include it in the room fee, or better yet, make it free for hotel guests.
I booked the hotel using Booking.com. I booked a 1 bedroom suite for 2 people and marked 2 queen beds as my bed preference. I was first given a 1 bed suite and the staff told me that they do not necessarily have to fulfill my online request (it is only a request"). Only after insisting - I received another room with an extra bed that folds out from the wall. Obviously, it was not as comfortable as the other regular bed. I booked a room for 2 with breakfast meals included. Nevertheless, I was initially charged for one breakfast with the explanation that I only receive 1 meal for free. I am not sure whether the problems above have to do with the hotel or the online booking with booking.com, but the overall stay in the hotel was a bad experience.
Size of suites. Area in which the hotel is located.
Had to pay for parking and internet connection. Rooms need to be updated.
Both airport (free shuttle available) and train station are near. Large bed, large rooms
This hotel really needs renovation and attention to details. Squealing doors, old light switches, many other things look old.
Convenient access to downtown Chicago (L Trains very near)
No complimentary breakfast provided.
I loved the suite it was a perfect size and the staff was great
The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable. Didn't like the idea of having to be billed an additional $50.00 Evan though we would be credited it a a later date. Also, $24 per day parking fee seems excessive.
The suite was beautiful! It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The front desk people were so friendly and helpful with everything. I loved it!!
The room was great and the view outside was nice
Paying for wifi
Proximity to O'hare, and pick up. Excellent service. Good value suites. Excellent breakfast.
I enjoyed the location and price for what I received was wonderful.
That when I arrived and my male friend took a shower we only had one set of towels, and bell person nevered arrived with set. But that was small issue.
Easy to find and handy for the freeway. Huge rooms and very comfortable.
Convient location to Chicago airport.
Expensive fee not include WiFi and breakfast.
Great value for the money
Had issue furnace/air conditioner fan making noise when running. fan bearing going bad
limited choice of restaurants within a walking distance
The staff was friendly and helpful.
No frills in my opinion. Having to pay for Internet was not what I expected. And far from any quick places to eat. We did not have a vehicle.
The staff were welcoming and cooperative
