The staff was attentive and worked to make my stay pleasant and convenient.
The hotel was in a bit of a busy, therefore, louder, location.
verything is fine, but.....
It is too far to goto downtown
Filthy, even for a cheaper hotel.
Lurkers in the parking lot, several men loitering around the building and bar.
The facility was clean, staff was nice and room was average.
After a long day we were looking forward to a restful night only to be awaken at 2:30am in the morning by the fire alarm. Having to evacuate while the firemem gave the all clear. We never heard from the hotel which would have been nice. No idea if there was a fire, prank , false alarm etc.,
Very beautifully decorated ! Pleasant surprise.
Complimentary coffee would be a nice touch. The room coffee doesn't do it.
We arrived after a five hour drive at 1:15pm. We were told we could not check in until 3:00pm. We had lunch and left. When we returned at 3:45, people were lined up almost to the outside doors. There was only one person at the counter. It took 35 minutes to check in. A Manager walked through, looked at the line and kept going.
clean, comfortable convenient location
old fashioned A/C in room no comp breakfast overpriced
friendly staff, nice gym, good bar and location.
the laundry area is wet and accident prone.
staff was cordial with room issue
booked a non-smoking king both couples ended up in non-smoking rooms w/single double bed staff suggested common problem with "booking.com" restaurant not quite avg bar seemed to be poorly stocked
The breakfast is really bad. And it's away from Chicago and the price is so expensive. Don't pay more than 120$ if you want to stay on it.
The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant had great food.
I enjoyed everything about my stay plan on staying there again
My heat in my room didn't get warm
I liked the friendliness of the front desk staff when I arrived, the very informative nice pretty lady on the desk who told me what was in the local area, like the park which I took a walk in, Walmart etc. I liked the Car Park and how many spaces there are. The gym was very hot, but it was nice to go in the pool after. My bed was very comfortable, and I really liked my room. I will defo stay here again if I'm in Chicago. I loved the area as opposed to downtown - it was a nice drive. Misty in the bar was sooooo awesome, it's a shame I didn't get the opportunity to speak to her some more - Misty gave me some really good advice about tipping as I didn't know what to do. I liked the food facilities in the area and the Shops like Target and Starbucks.
Wifi was extremely intermittent. Noisy kids (Young adults like 18 but acted like 12 year olds) in the first part of my stay made so much noise till about 1am. After they checked out everything was brilliant. I didn't like the fact the guy who came along to keep the noise down said 'it doesn't bother me how much noise you make, but someone's complained'
Good location near freeway, off street parking, clean, helpful staff
No breakfast, no coffee put out in lobby or lounge area
Nice coz quite strategis place to go everywhere I'd like stuff in the receptionist they very nice and helpfull
no water for drink in the room.. U can put some can soft drink in freeze then u are can charge later. .we not have to go out look for drink. And have problem with sink the water go slow..
The bar was fun . My bed was luxurious.
Everything was good
It was clean and we had no problems
Location was pretty good for catching the "L" and bus stop right out in front of hotel.
Beds were horrible! Sagged in middle with poor quality sheets. Wiggled a lot like the box springs were non-existent! Hotel needs some renovating. For the price, it was clean but could be a bit less pricey.
We had a great time. It was average for a hotel, but no complaints. Being close to Chicago was a plus!!
Layout is confusing
*Stayed in a room next to exterior door- Heard it open and close all hours. *Coffee pot was broken. Called for exchange. Took 2 hours to have another brought to room.
Attentive and competent staff Quality beds Access to I-94 Free parking Value Sam at the front desk was excellent in keeping guest registration flowing efficiently
I liked the room, it was nice and it was in a good location near family. The price was a bit high for what I was looking for.
They were very accommodating to our needs. The Staff had great attitudes the whole visit.
