Cheap and available with public transport. If you arrive at late it is a good choice because it is only 2 stops with blue line from O'Hare. The breakfast that I paid $6 for does not worth its price. Only donuts and coffe. |

The Hotel was very good for the money that we payed. I would stay there again next time I'm in Chicago. Try to put wi-fi in the rooms if posible and make the posibility to the costumers to consume the meals at the hotels restaurant |

Free parking was great otherwise not much to do. Wireless internetconnection only around reception area. Little table with possibilkity to make a cup of tea or coffe if mugs or watter left on the table .. thought would be muct more relaxing set electrical wattermaker in the room instead of going downstairs to bring tea watter to the room. It was very sloppily on the floor in most connecting rooms areas and it made impression that there are not enought stuff to get ahead with those areas. The hotell itself looks very worn out and need a lift everywhere. I never seen breakfast buffe in the hotel you are promoting on your website. When I arived with printed booking to the hotel and stuff there couldnt find my booking. They made a new one. I was very confused about this situation as well as not to be double charge. I did avoid to use my mastercard again and checked out with chash. I had to look a few rooms before I could found one I could appreciate. Last but not least, it's very noisily in this area from the overlasted trafick roads around hotel, airplans & trains. |

It was close to the airport and the shuttle was readily available. The rooms were clean albeit old. The staff was unprofessional and the front desk area was inappropriately messy/dirty for a business. My room's television did not function well and was extremely old. Wifi access was limited to the lobby. |

Decent price There were a few points that disappointed me about the hotel, the hotel itself is decent but could use a few details in room maintenance. |

The check-in was quick and easy. The hotel covers the basics--room, bed, TV, old but clean. I would recommend it if you just want a quick overnight stay. The restaurant/lounge/bar was not open. The pool was not open. The "buffet breakfast" was coffee and donuts. |

The room smelled like strong perspiration. Paint was chipped and carpet was matted and dirty. No alarm clock. The night clerk did not give me a requested wake up call...and then denied not calling. Very annoying. |

Curtis the courtesy bus driver made me feel specially important and was most obliging and friendly, he should be commended for his efforts to help however he could. Bathroom (in room) needs some plumbing updating, fridge not working, and TV should have simple operating instructiions prominently displayed. |

Nothing! You need to take this hotel off your list of options. The eminities, service and comfort is completed misled. There were springs through my mattress, dirt on the walls, wall paper falling down, no internet service, extremely rude staff and very little hot water, no restaraunt as advertized. I cancelled my next night and stayed accross the highway at Holiday INN. |

They did not have our resevation. The gave a dirty room with the room directions on how to get to the room. They attempted to charge a higher price than what my reservation was for. When they did give me my room they kept sending guest the wrong directions so they end up knocking on my door at 2 am. We left the hotel after that. I was very upset with the entire experience. |

Receptionist could have been bit friendlier. Better if wi-fi is available in the rooms rather than in the lobby. |
